There is something about a Made in Chelsea cast member spilling Kings Road tea that gets us all excited; perhaps it's because it doesn't happen that often.
Former Love Island contestants and the MAFS brides and grooms adore taking to Instagram to shade their co-stars or call out their exes, but with the MIC lot, it's not such a regular occurrence.
So imagine our surprise when model Paris Smith posted a GRWM TikTok and called out guys and girls of MIC in the process; in particular, one Chelsea charmer.
In the video she aptly captioned, 'I'm finally spilling the tea on Made in Chelsea', Paris is talking openly about 'boys' as well as her past relationships.
Paris admitted that one of the reasons she keeps her personal life (and mainly her romances) private is because she thinks she would be 'cancelled'.
We never thought we would find a Made in Chelsea cast member relatable and yet here we are.
The reality TV star then went on to chat about giving her girlies advice when it comes to dating and this is where a certain gym bro's name gets thrown into the mix.
'If you see something and he's doing it over and over and over and over and over again, well, that's how you end up with Miles [Nazaire].'
The absolute shade of it all.
Paris's fans more than enjoyed the shady TikTok with one person simply commenting, 'Miles😂' and another adding, 'Everyone thinks they can change Miles 😂'.
At the moment. it's Jazz Saunders who is being romanced by Miles after they enjoyed a wholesome getaway together.
'I'm just kidding', she quickly added, 'Miles don't kill me, please don't kill me. He's actually quite fit, it's just the personality.'
It was almost like she thought she was complimenting him with the follow up message as if declaring 'it's just the personality', isn't an insult on his character.
There's a reason Paris is a fan favourite, she even won the 'reality TV personality of the year' award in 2023 and we can see why.
