As grateful as we are for the countless versions of The Traitors available to us on BBC iPlayer right now, nothing beats the British one for us; the Claudia Winkleman of it all, the awkward breakfasts, the passive aggression and, of course, the endless icons it keeps pumping out etc.
We overuse the word 'icon' here at heat, we're aware of that, but yeah, SO many icons.

It's been just over two months since Faithfuls Jake Brown and Leanne Quigley snatched the Traitors crown from series 2 winner, Harry Clark and we're downright thirsty for more. Luckily, we've reportedly only got a few months to wait until Celebrity Traitors hits our screens (or so we've heard), as according to reports, filming begins in the Scottish Highlands next month.
Until then, we'll continue binging every spin-off going and soaking up every drop of Traitors tea we can get from former contestants.
Luckily, series two legend, Diane Carson has just launched her own podcast, Spill the Fizz, with London drag queen Beary Poppins and the duo are NOT afraid to talk Traitors. They also review a bottle fizz every episode and talk about drag, so honestly, what's not to love?

In this week's episode – which featured Drag Race UK legend, Kitty Scott-Claus – Diane revealed that she met series 3 finalists Francesca 'Frankie' Rowan-Plowden and Alexander Dragonetti (the man of all our dreams, don't lie) at the BPG Awards in London last week and spilled all the tea (or fizz, seems more appropriate) on the exchange on her podcast.

Diane revealed, 'Do you know? [Frankie] is the lady I saw on Traitors and would like to have won alongside Alexander, who is as lovely. They're both lovely. She's actually... not "she's actually", because that sounds mean... you never get a chance to look after yourself on The Traitors because you're too busy doing challenges.
'They also don't like you fixing up your makeup and hair when you go to the round table. [But] she's an attractive woman. She's absolutely stunning. Stunning looking and she is as warm and affectionate as you saw on TV. She's just a lovely lady.'

Speaking of Alexander, she revealed, 'He's a very focused young man. I said to him, "Were your parents proud?" and he said, "Yes, they were." And I said, "So they should be." You know, they're just good guys. They were good vibes.'
In a later conversation, Diane exclusively elaborated with heatworld, '[He] was such a good game player who acquitted himself beautifully. He was respectful, astute, fair focused, generous (he helped Frankie during one of the missions!), stood up for himself, always spoke out when necessary, without becoming too emotional. I'd love to have been a Faithful, alongside him.'
Icons supporting icons. We love to see it.
In a previous episode of her new podcast, Diane revealed why her BAFTA-nominated Traitors moment – you know, 'Paul just couldn't be my son, but Ross is' – gives her the ICK.
