Love Island’s Faye Winterhas hit out at her former co-stars for blaming 'editing' for how they came across on the show.

In a new interview, Faye, who sparked a furious row with boyfriend Teddy Soares that quickly became the most complained about Love Island moment EVER, said, “You still did those things... You are still that person and those things still left your mouth.”

On the topic of being edited to “look bad” she told Cosmopolitan, “This gets to me because regardless of which scenes were aired, you still did those things… You are still that person and those things still left your mouth.

“Own it and move on. If you've got to apologise, apologise. If you've got to live up to it, live up to it. But don't start blaming unaired scenes for that.”

Faye and Teddy came third on this summer’s season of the show after patching things up following their explosive break-up.
