Just when we thought we couldn’t get any more excited about the imminent return of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, which is expected to hit our screens next month, ITV have announced there’s a new spin-off show to accompany the series.

TV presenter (and former Strictly contestant) Vick Hope will host I’m A Celebrity… The Daily Drop, which will give fans the chance to delve deeper into all the action from camp and get all the latest gossip.

Vick will discuss, debate and dissect the daily events from I’m A Celeb’s brand new location of Gwrych Castle in North Wales with a panel of guests and catch up with the line-up of celebs once they start leaving the castle.

Brand new episodes will be available on ITV Hub from 7am the morning after each main show airs and can be watched any time but will also be repeated on ITV2.

Vick said, “I’m so excited to be hosting I’m A Celebrity...The Daily Drop on ITV Hub. I’m A Celeb is such a brilliant show, loved by so many, and exactly what we all need right now. I’m very grateful to get to be a part of the stellar team behind it and can’t wait to see what this series has in store! I just know they’re going to go massive this year for the 20th anniversary, and give the audience absolutely top-drawer thrills and spills.

“I’ll have guests join me for each show so we can fully dissect all the action, share our opinions on what’s going on inside the camp and hopefully bring you some good gossip along the way!”

With just weeks to go until I’m A Celeb returns, a whole host of famous faces have been tipped to appear on the show including EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer, who has reportedly signed up after leaving her role as Chantelle Atkins in the BBC soap.

A source told The Sun, "Soap stars always do well in the show. Just look at Jessica’s Enders’ predecessor Jacqueline Jossa last year.

"Bosses are delighted to be able to convince her to take part. It’s a great move for both parties as she’s just left the soap and this is a great opportunity for her personality to be shown to millions."
