As the entire nation sits twiddling its thumbs, anxiously waiting for June to roll around so Love Island 2019 can FINALLY BLOOMIN' START, ITV has announced a star-studded spin-off set to air this autumn.
Hosted by Caroline Flack, Celebrity Love Island will take the show - which first aired in 2005 - back to its roots and invite a bunch of famous faces including Vicky Pattison and Lewis Capaldi to the villa straight after our annual summer series.
Way before the series spawned the likes of Dani Dyer and Megan Barton-Hanson, Love Island saw Calum Best, Rebecca Loos and a whole host of other celeb-types hit Fiji in search of romance; and it's safe to say this year's cast does not disappoint.
Speaking to heat, a source said: "The time feels right to re-open the villa doors to some familiar faces.
"There's going to be some fun, games and seriously-questionable sponsorship deals.
"We hope they've got a good European data roaming bundle, put it that way. YOU'VE GOT A TEXT!"
