Last night's (25th July) episode of Love Island saw the remaining couples go on their extravagant final dates, ahead of the show's final next Monday (29th July).
Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea headed off on a YACHT, whilst Ovie Soko whisked India Reynolds off on a romantic evening dinner for two.
However, it was Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins' date that got fans talking, after Maura confessed how she really felt about Curtis. But his response failed to match Maura's revelation, leading fans to accuse the professional dancer of 'playing' the Irish beauty.
As the pair drunk champagne and dived into their food, Maura admitted, "I know I don’t tell you a lot of the time that I like you, but I really do. You’re funny and I love your smile. When you smile, I smile".
Curtis replied, "I'm a very lucky man".
His short response confused viewers of the hit ITV2 show, with one taking to Twitter to write, 'So Curtis might win the 50k only cause he’s with Maura. He looked more genuine towards Amy than he does now, and we all know how that one turned out'. Another tweeted, 'Curtis and Maura not in a million years he's so not into her'.
A third added, 'Maura opens up and Curtis....nothing! ‘I’m a lucky man’ That’s all he said! Feelings not reciprocated'. [sic]

The fans comments came after Curtis quizzed Maura about the outside world, asking, "Do you think your parents will like me?"
She responded, "Yes! Mammy would absolutely love you. I would be nervous to meet your parents", to which Curtis added, "My parents will love you".
The pair then had a romantic dance, sealing the date with a kiss.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
