Lucinda Strafford may have left the Love Island villa weeks ago, but honestly, we’re still as obsessed with her as ever. Whether it’s her chaotic love life, her incredible style, or the way she makes the word ‘really’ last approximately 375 minutes, we can’t get enough.
She’s still making waves outside the villa and, like many of her fellow dumped Islanders, has taken to TikTok to keep her fans entertained. However, there’s one video of Lucinda on the app that’s going viral and it’s not one she’s posted herself…
If you’ve not seen it by now (where have you been, hun?), the online fashion boutique owner appears to be promoting a fashion brand in the short clip as she stands in front of the Thames with a microphone and says the frankly baffling phrase, “I love Hashtag Queens, especially Download My Heart t-shirts. Even Shakespeare couldn’t say I love you better.”
Can someone translate, plz?
After the video racked up over a MILLION views online, Lucinda has finally addressed the “leaked” video and she doesn’t seem happy about it.
In a TikTok of her own, which was captioned, “When a video of you when you were 16 years old talking about Shakespeare gets leaked,” Lucinda can be seen covering her face and lip-syncing the words, “I don’t want to talk about it.”

Fans flooded the comments section, with most not realising that the video was filmed when Lucinda was just a teenager. One wrote, “Omg I thought that was recent,” while another added, “I thought it was a new brand deal.”
A third commented, “SHE WAS SIXTEN I feel bad I thought it was recently.”
Even Lucinda’s fellow Islander Georgia Townend said, “You haven’t aged a bit then! Because I thought it was recent,” to which she replied, “When one of your first paid brand work haunts you for the rest of your life.”
So there we have it, finally an explanation.

This all comes after Lucinda sparked rumours she’d rekindled her brief villa romance with Danny Bibby when he posted a picture of them cosying up to each other on a night out with the caption, “Got my lambo back.” Love Island viewers will remember that Danny previously referred to Lucinda as a broken luxury car when they split.
Prior to her reunion with Danny, Lucinda confirmed she was in “the early days” of seeing Brad McClelland after they were pictured holding hands in Brighton following her split with Aaron Francis just days after they left the villa as an item.
