Love Island 2023 is close to the finish line and, as the series comes to an end, more and more contestants are being dumped from the villa.
Sad for them, but great for us as it means they are ready to share the goss on the Islanders remaining in the villa and it is always juicy.
The latest to be booted from the Island is meme king Martin Akinola, who joined us on the latest episode of heat Dates to spill the tea. The popcorn enthusiast revealed many secrets about the villa, one being that this series has its very own sleepwalker.
No, it's not Tanya Manhenga - even if she does sneak off to have secret kisses with Shaq Muhammad in the middle of the night.
It is in fact a 6ft5 Northern lad who would make for quite an imposing figure should you bump into him at in the hallway at 2am.
“Tom is a sleepwalker,” Martin explained, “He sleepwalks, and he talks.”
The Casa Amor bombshell couldn’t help but take a swipe at his former partner when chatting about Tom Clare and added, “He never sleepwalked and kissed anyone.”

Martin continued, “I shared a bed with him once and he woke me up. I was, like, ‘Tom you’re scaring me.’”
We wonder what the mutterings of a half-asleep Tom sound like? Was he reciting Shakespeare or was he practicing how to tell another girl he can see a future with them outside the villa before snogging them on the terrace?
Martin didn’t divulge the ins and outs of his late night small talk with Tom, but we get the impression it was more that he had NO IDEA what his bunkmate was chatting about rather than not wanting to keep us informed.
“It was obviously dark and I was, like, ‘What is he talking about?’ He just went back to sleep.”
ITV we beg you to air just a sprinkle of Tom and his sleep walking-talking ways. We could have a spin-off in the works here, imagine all the secrets Tom lets loose when he's half asleep.
