Love Island’s Casa Amor twist has resulted in some of the most dramatic moments in the show’s history and this year was no exception as Shaughna Phillips was left shocked when her partner Callum Jones returned from the second villa with bombshell Molly Smith.

Callum came under fire for his actions, especially after kissing Molly before Shaughna knew he’d recoupled, and last night’s episode saw new boy Jamie Clayton pull him for a chat to discuss the whole situation.

While Love Island fans were less than impressed when Shaughna was left single, dumped IslandersSophie Piper and Leanne Amaning have come to the scaffolder's defence as they had their say in the latest episode of heat’s Under the Duvet with VOXI.

Sophie said, “It’s a bit of a sticky one because I’m friends with both of them. Obviously, Shaughna was one of my closest friends in there, so was Callum.

“He could have waited to kiss her like Nas but he obviously had a better connection with Molly. It’s just a bad situation.”

Leanne added, “I don’t think he did anything wrong. The kissing thing was a bit of a liberty but apart from that, he just went with his heart.”

Sophie also revealed her feelings on Nas Majeed after he dumped Demi Jones for Eva Zapico and admitted she thought Nas and Demi were ‘forced together’.

“I 100% thought it was. There was so much pressure for Nas to find someone and she was the only single girl that came in,” she told us.

“It was more chilled about it in the villa but it got made out to look like they were in love.”

It looks like things are progressing with her and Connor Durman though, after he told us about their Valentine's Day plans, as she revealed, “We’re seeing each other and seeing how things go.”
