It’s been just over three months since the third series of The Traitors came to an end and host Claudia Winkleman is now filming the first ever Celebrity Traitors series, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about the likes of Linda Rands, Freddie Fraser and Charlotte Berman.
In fact, one of series three’s most memorable contestants has just announced their new job, which means we’ll be seeing – or rather hearing – a lot more of them.
Liverpool lass Minah Shannon, who was one of last series’ Traitors (until she was banished when Charlotte savagely turned on her), will be joining BBC Radio 1 to present the Friday Early Breakfast show throughout May.

Minah will be co-hosting the show alongside Nat O’Leary from 5am-7am every Friday this month, including a special show live from Liverpool on Friday 23 May to kick off this year's Radio 1 Big Weekend.
Speaking about her new role, Minah said, ‘I am so excited to be presenting every Friday in May on Radio 1's Early Breakfast! I'm hoping to brighten up listeners mornings (or days if you catch up on BBC Sounds).
‘Getting to present alongside Nat O'Leary is going to be so much fun. We discovered we both attended the same university and used to hang out in all the same places, so it feels like it was meant to be! If we can give the lovely listeners a laugh, then mission accomplished!’

Minah basically earned herself national treasure when she appeared on The Traitors earlier this year after masterminding her way through the competition but it all came crashing down when Charlotte – who she’d recruited as a Traitor just a few nights earlier – turned on her at the Round Table and voted for her to be banished.
Speaking exclusively to heat about what went down between her and Charlotte following the betrayal back in January, Minah told us, ‘It stung a lot, but you process it and I’ve had months to process it. I've met up with Charlotte a couple of times and leading up to last week, we had a big, long conversation on the phone processing what's about to play out [on TV].’

She continued, ‘It's totally fine because, at the end of the day, it is a game. You just don't know who's going to do it to you and as a Traitor, for me, the thing that keeps me from spiralling about what happened to me is I've also murdered loads of people.
‘Those people, their journey ended in the castle as a result of me being a Traitor. You can't be mad when somebody outplays you, I couldn't be mad at the Faithful for catching me because that was their purpose for being there and I'm totally supportive and happy and proud of everybody in the cast.’
