We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.

This week it's all about reality queen, Chloe Ferry. The 26-year-old became an icon after starring in Geordie Shore and has since made us lol on Celebrity Big Brother, Ex On The Beach and most recently, Celebs Go Dating. Thanks to her hilarious and down-to-earth personality, Chlo is essentially made for telly, hun.

Aside from entertaining the nation, the star owns a plethora of successful businesses including cosmetic company Chloe Ferry Cosmetics, fashion brand, Ferry Body and beauty salon, CM House of Aesthetics.

Chloe chats exclusively to heat about her ultimate self-care Sunday, beauty favourites and how she's finally found her match in new man Johnny Wilbo...

On love

Chloe Ferry

Chloe shares how she is super happy with new man Johnny and says the secret is taking things real slowly.

Chloe tells heat, "With my relationship with Johnny, I'm not putting any pressure on it which is something I have always done in the past and the relationship would never work out. This time it's really chilled and healthy - there are no red flags just yet.

"I have never been with a boy I could really trust before, I would always be scared if they went out with the lads. But it's good - I don't talk about it that much though because I don't want to jinx it".

Brb, off to buy a big, flouncy hat.

On self-care

Chloe Ferry

Chloe may have a zillion businesses to contend with, but she's also a huge fan of taking time out for herself. It's all about balance, eh?

"I like to go to fitness boot camps and have weeks of intense training and eating healthy - it makes me feel so amazing. Training is my saviour. I love long walks with my dog, meditating and baths with loads of bubbles and candles.

"My friends always say to me, 'Chloe, are you ever out of the bath?'. I always take time to think about how grateful I am to have another day on this earth, which sounds really cringe but you never know what is going to happen to you.

"I like to write down things that I want to change in my life because it usually makes me feel a bit better when I know what I want. Reminding yourself about what you want out of life is important as well - the brain is such a powerful thing".

On beauty must-haves

Chloe Ferry

Despite being a celeb and all, Chloe's favourite beauty products are surprisingly affordable. Our kinda girl, tbh.

"On weekdays I don't wear much make-up, only a bit of concealer and bronzer. But I love wearing make-up on the weekends to look sexy - I like the full Kim Kardashian contour look.

"I use loads of Superdrug make-up products, and I love the Rimmel London Lasting Radiance Foundation. Fake tan is another beauty product I like to use, I get the St. Moriz Fast Self Tan Mousse. It makes me feel like I've gone from a two to a ten when I put it on".

Rimmel Lasting Radiance Foundation
Price: £25.00

We can hard relate.

On the best advice she has ever been given

Chloe Ferry Self-care

"Never ever care about what someone thinks about you, because at the end of the day, they're not paying your bills. If you want to do something, do it, don't let anybody else tell you differently. You only live one life and you don't know what is around the corner".

On Instagram detoxes

Chloe Ferry

When Chloe's everyday job revolves around her phone and social media, how does she stay sane?

"With social media, I'll sometimes take a break off Instagram for a day to detox. I used to have days full of Instagram scrolling and it just wasn't healthy at all - everyone knows that some things on there aren't real. I've had a few social media breaks which have been good, but it is hard to set boundaries sometimes because I make my money from apps like Instagram".
