Kim made quite the impression at the Vanity Fair party (as per), flaunting a bright blue Balenciaga dress and a 'babydoll' make-up look that's simply flawless. In his TikTok, the MUA adored by the Kardashian clan explained the thinking behind Kim's look, saying "Kim told me she wanted babydoll glam, a little bit of a sixties flare with a cut-crease and a really clean liner."
