Self-care will forever be our favourite hobby but we appreciate that recharging and putting yourself first looks different for everyone. Each week, we'll ask the celeb lot to share their ideal self-care Sunday routines, the hard-working beauty products they recommend to their friends and which TV show they're currently binging…

This week it's all about Tiffany Watson, best known for starring on Made In Chelsea alongside her big sister, Lucy.

Since leaving the drama-packed reality show in 2017, the star now prefers a wholesome life with her footballer husband, Cameron McGeehan and their adorable nine-month-old son, Jude Maximus. Tiffany regularly updates fans with her motherhood journey, as well as her favourite wellness and beauty hacks.

To celebrate her exciting new collab with baby blanket brand, Their Future, Tiff talks exclusively about all things self-care, wellness and beauty routines...

On working with Their Future

So why did Tiffany decide to become a brand ambassador for the sustainable brand?

"I got given one of the baby blankets when Jude was a newborn and I loved how soft and comforting it was, as well as making the perfect swaddle blanket thanks to its incredible stretch.

"The fact the brand is eco-friendly is one of the most important things to me, and I was super impressed that the blanket can be returned for recycling at the end of its use. I’m so excited to be working with Their Future as its ambassador, as the brand's sustainable values really resonate with me!"

On self-care

What does the ultimate self-care Sunday look like for the reality star now she's a mum?

"Self-care is more limited these days but also more appreciated!  A long walk is a must for us on a Sunday - fresh air and getting the steps in always starts our day well.

"Minimising time on my phone, trying not to scroll, and just being present is something that really makes me feel good.

"A bath is the ultimate luxury and a Sunday evening ritual that I love, using Neom's bath oil. When I'm in the bath, I tend to pop in a hair mask and let it work its magic - I love the Coco & Eve one.

"There's also nothing better than getting into fresh bed sheets with a comfy pair of pyjamas on - I got some Skims ones for Christmas that I live in! And asleep by 9 pm. Heaven!"

On skincare

"I generally am very lucky with my skin (touch wood!) It’s normally pretty clear but definitely could be more hydrated and glowy! I find an ice facial roller really effective, and love the results when I remember to use it!"

On budget beauty buys

"Beauty Pie's Super Healthy Skin cream, it’s £19 and lasts for ages! Also, using microfibre face cloths to remove makeup, and then popping them in the washing machine once used."

On make-up must-haves

What are the current make-up products that Tiff can't be without?

"The Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara is the only one I’ll ever use. At the moment, I also love Glossier Cloud Paint, Eyeko's Brow Geland the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer. I swear by the Ilia Tinted Lip Oil in the shade Petals.

"Sometimes that’s all I have time to do, but I love using these products for my natural day-to-day look."

On daily wellness habits

"Gosh, it’s hard to sometimes look after yourself as a mum, but I know that if I do manage to do my skincare, drink enough water and remember to take all my supplements, I feel like I’m winning for the day."

On life-changing books

"I loved How to Be an Overnight Success: Making It in Business by the founder of Rodial - I found it really inspiring and motivating for wanting to be successful in business."

On wise advice

What’s a great piece of advice Tiffany has been given since becoming a mum?

"'Do what works for you and don’t tell a soul.' That one made me laugh, but I also agree. People can be so quick to make judgments on your parenting style, but if it’s working for you and your baby is happy, you really don’t need to explain yourself to anyone.'

Quick fire round:

What show are you currently watching? Ripley on Netflix! It’s so good.

How do you like your cuppas? I’m more of a coffee gal, but if I have a tea it would probably be peppermint!

Go-to loungewear brand? Adanola! I live in it.

Go-to takeaway order? Sushi, we love Sticks N Sushi and normally have it every Saturday night!

Everyday perfume? OUAI Melrose Place.

Favourite candle? So strange but I have recently gone off candles! If I did use one though I love the Neom ones.
