Although the UK hasn't gone into 'official lockdown', the nation is taking the coronavirus seriously and everyone is self-isolating to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

However because of this lots of people have stopped commuting to work and started working from the comfort of their own home.

We're taking a break from the cold office building, meetings-that-should-have-been-emails and being squashed on the early morning train. Oh and of course, saying hello to lay ins, home-cooked lunches and listening to whatever radio station we want.

Things to do on your lunch break while working from home...

Working from home can be great however you can begin to feel extremely bored if you don't change your scenery so why not do a workout in your garden or your hallway?

You'll change out of your house clothes or pyjamas, release some endorphins and step away from your desk (or bed) for a bit.

You can also take a break from technology and do a sudoko, word search, cross words or a puzzle.
