Faye Winter has revealed the results of having her lip filler removed after admitting she was "terrified" of what the results would look like.
It's first time former lettings manager Faye has reversed her plump pout after admitting on Love Island that her lips had ended up “looking like an 80-year-old man’s ball sack!” when she’d previously had her filler dissolved.
Speaking to her followers on Instagram Stories earlier this month, Faye said, “So today is a very exciting day…. I don’t know if it’s exciting or terrifying.
“I’m going to get my lips dissolved, and have natural lips. As you’re aware, one side is bigger than the other and that happened due to a lovely challenge in the villa. And I’ve got the lump underneath as well from it which I never had before.”

She continued, “It’s not anyone’s fault and it’s not any practitioners fault prior, it is purely because of the challenge. And you can see there it’s a bit bigger as well.”
However, Faye won’t be going au naturel for long as she’s heading straight back to the clinic next week.
“So I’m going to get them all dissolved and have my natural lips which I’ve not seen for years, and then have them refilled next week.”
During her time in the villa Faye's lips - or more specifically, her lipstick - became a standout star, spawning countless articles about how to copy her look.

Speaking to Grazia daily in September, she said, “I know the lipstick is a big thing, but I like my brown lipstick and I’m going to continue to wear it!”
Sadly her 90s pout wasn’t the only thing Faye’s time in the villa was notable for – her outburst at Teddy Soares, after she accused him of being unfaithful to her in Casa Amor, drew the most complaints the show had ever received.
But despite their turbulent times in the villa, Faye and Teddy, who placed third after winners Liam Reardon and Millie Court and Toby Amoralan and Chloe Burrows, have gone from strength to strength since leaving.
In fact, as recently as last weekFaye dropped a serious hint that the couple were moving in togetherwhen she posted to Instagram, “The sixth of November… It's a very exciting day!
“I can't wait. The countdown is on,” she added.
And Teddy had previously told Metro, “Personally when we’ve spoken about it I’m really open to Devon, anywhere in the UK that gets me closer to Faye.”

There’s been an increase in reality stars and influencers having their lip filler dissolved, ever since 2019’s standout star Molly-Mae set out on a mission last year to ‘stop normalising’ it.
She said, “We need to stop normalising filler, with things like ‘Kylie Jenner [surgery] packages’. I was 17 when I first got my lips done, and it scares me to think that if I have a daughter in 10 years’ time, what it might be like for her.
“I sometimes forget how young my followers are, too. I’m often surprised by the fact some of the girls in my DMs even have a phone.”
