Olivia Attwood and her fiancé Bradley Dack may be more loved-up than ever after he popped the question during a romantic getaway to Dubai, but their relationship hasn’t always been plain sailing.

Liv first began dating the footballer before she rose to fame on Love Island but decided to enter the ITV2 dating show as he “didn’t want to commit” at the time.

However, just as she was about to leave for the airport, Olivia was left shocked when he turned up at her front door.

She explained, “I told him, ‘I said this is what's happening’ and he was just silent on the phone and I was like, ‘You didn't want to commit or whatever so this is what it is’.

“Anyway I flew back from Germany and I literally had a few days to pack, my best friend was coming to my house and was helping me pack and I was getting picked up by a chaperone from the show at 5am in the morning.”

“He [Bradley] turned up at my flat at midnight the night before I left. He'd had like a penny drop moment,” she added on PrettyLittleThing’s Behind Closed Doors podcast.

While Bradley wasn’t able to win Olivia back on that occasion, it was a different story following her split from Chris Hughes.

Olivia appeared on Celebs Go Dating after splitting from Chris, where she admitted an interest in Diversity dancer Sam Craske, but later confirmed she was back with Brad when they were pictured locking lips in the street.

Fast forward a couple of years and they're preparing to tie the knot, which is being filmed for their TV show Olivia Meets Her Match.

Although Olivia didn’t manage to find everlasting love in the Love Island villa, the 29-year-old revealed that the show was “therapeutic” as she was “unapologetically myself”.

She said, “I think, previous to that I'd always used all my relationships and the men in my life like a crutch so I felt beautiful when they told me I was beautiful, I thought I was funny when they told me I was funny,

“What Love Island taught me is that I don't need to be someone else to tell me that, I just need to like myself and be confident in who I am and that's enough. On Love Island I was so unfiltered, I was unapologetically myself.”
