The nation, and the world, is going through a pretty difficult time at the minute. But celebrities have been taking to social media, telling fans to keep positive and posting inspirational quotes.
Posting a clip of the video onto his Instagram profile, Sam can be seen miming words of songs to the camera using his own arm and body, while Zara hides from the camera, using her legs, donned with a pair of silver heels, pretending to be Sam's legs.
The pair playfully mimic three different positions and fans cannot get enough...and neither can we.

Love Island 2018 couples still together (RADIO STACKED)
They coupled up on day one, and despite Dani originally telling Jack she just wanted to stay friends, love soon blossomed between the sweet pair. After growing stronger and stronger, the couple became an instant hit with fans and soon made their romance official in the villa.
After being crowned the winners of Love Island 2018, they swiftly moved into a swanky new pad in Canary Wharf. Despite getting Sandy the dog together, Dani announced in December that she had split up with Jack. The nation was devastated. However, less than a week later, she revealed that they were back together - all was right with the world again. Phew!
After realising Dr Alex wasn't the right man for her, Geordie girl Ellie coupled up with Chelsea boy Charlie. After dating for a number of weeks in the villa, Charlie asked Ellie to be his girlfriend with a little help from the rest of the boys...However, just days later, the pair were dumped from the villa in a cruel twist which involved their fellow Islanders deciding their fate.
After leaving the villa, things looked good for the couple, with Ellie meeting Charlie's closest friends and family in London. The pair jet-setted around the world, documenting it as they went along - but they caused much speculation around taking 'staged' photos. Shortly after, Ellie shared that she'd moved out of Charlie's pad, just before he announced on Instagram that the pair had finally split. Ouch.
Love Island 2018 fans thought that Geordie boy Adam Collard would never be tamed, after he made his way through four girls in the first few weeks... but that was until Zara walked in. Despite coupling up with another girl during his visit to Casa Amor, Adam expressed his feelings for Zara and even thought about leaving when she was dumped. Despite staying in the villa and kissing Darylle, Adam couldn't quite find the same spark he had with Zara.
After Adam was later dumped for the villa, he reunited with Zara and even told her he "loved" her during their interview with Caroline Flack on Love Island: Aftersun. The pair were inseparable for seven months together, until Zara emotionally announced their split on Instagram in February. She said: "I am heartbroken to announce that Adam and I have parted ways. I love him very much and will always have a special place in my heart for him & our time spent together. I have tried to hard to be the best person I can possibly be and to make it work."
It was the romance that no Love Island fans saw coming, but when Georgia had her heartbroken by Josh, Sam was ready with open arms to console the loyal 20-year-old. After getting to know each other for a number of days, the pair were going from strength to strength until a cruel twist made them decide between leaving the villa together or staying and splitting up. In a decision which wasn't understood by their fellow Islanders, Georgia and Sam decided to split up and remain in the villa, with bosses throwing in new faces for them to go on dates with. However, after realising they'd made the wrong decision, both Georgia and Sam refused to recouple with anybody else and were therefore dumped from the villa one week before the final.
After leaving the show, Sam went to Georgia's family home to meet her parents and now they soon moved into a swanky pad together. Sam also officially asked Georgia to be his girlfriend during a live interview on Good Morning Britain. Sweet, right? But then...News soon broke that Sam had found messages that Georgia had been sending to her ex. Sam eventually announced the split on social media. During the Christmas reunion show, Sam confronted Georgia - which made for compelling viewing. Suffice to say, they are not on good terms.
After failed romances with both Wes and Jack, new boy Paul Knops saved the day when he arrived in the villa and swept Laura off her feet. They pair enjoyed a number of cute dates, met each other's families and even played parents to their fake baby!
Despite not being an 'official' couple yet, Paul and Laura finished in second place behind Jack and Dani, and they vowed to give their romance a chance outside of the villa. Due to busy schedules and not seeing much of each other (hmmm, that old chestnut...), Laura Anderson and Paul Knopps called it a day a few months after leaving the villa. Laura reinvented herself with a breakup hair cut and she looks smoking!
After kissing a number of frogs, Megan finally found her prince in 20-year-old Wes. Despite the little hiccup when Megan recoupled with Alex, leaving Wes on his own, the pair fought back and have since been loved up.
After finishing the show in fourth place, Wes and Megan couldn't keep their hands off each other when they returned home to the UK. In fact, they moved in together into a Camden flat. Things were looking SO good for this sizzling hot pair - they even bought a hamster together. After nearly seven months of romantic bliss, Megan used the hamster in a hilarious statement which she shared to announce their 'conscious uncoupling' - which parodied Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's split. The pair have remained amicable, with Meg supporting Wes in the audience at Dancing on Ice. Is this really the end for the pair?
After dumping Georgia Steel when his head was turned by new girl Kaz, the public turned on Josh. However, it was soon clear to see that the pair worked amazing together, complimenting each other in every way. After going 'official' in the villa, Josh and Kaz finished in third place.
Since falling for each other and leaving Love Island, Josh and Kaz kept their romance pretty under wraps. They also took things slower than their co-stars, and didn't move in together. In January, Kaz shared an announcement saying the pair had split amicably. She wrote: "Sometimes things don't go the way you planned, but you have to be grateful for the journey."
A third fan wrote, "This is brilliant" and a fourth added, "Does anyone else love these two?"
