Love Island 2018 star Zara McDermott is really having something of a moment right now with the release of the dating show Love in The Flesh that she hosts. On top of this she's totally loved up with Made in Chelsea legend Sam Thompson.
The reality star has also took to Instagram to give her followers a glimpse at her beautiful, natural hair and shared her secret on how she keeps it so pristine without extensions.
She posted two snaps of her hair on her Instagram Story and wrote, "Can't believe this is all my natural hair no extensions.
"This is your sign to invest in your hair and grow it out. The first 6 months was torture lol my hair felt SO THIN."
The former Love Island star went on to post another picture with the caption, "@joepickeringtaylor kept it as healthy as possible using heat protection every time we used heat.
"And also I think did 3 trims in the space of 4 weeks just to keep the ends healthy and ensure any dame wouldn't move up the hair shaft."
Brb we're buying hair protector ASAP...
And Zara isn't the only celeb who has shown off her natural hair. Remember in lockdown (throwback) when Ariana Grande ditched her signature ponytail and posted a picture of her real hair?
Kylie Jenner did the same and fans were shook when she revealed that her natural hair is actually red.
Following her '24 hours' scandal, Molly-Mae Hague also embraced her real hair and fans were obsessed when Liberty Poole posted a snap of her natural hair too.

Zara's been VERY busy recently promoting Love in The Flesh, the new BBC Three dating show she hosts. The show is based around the premise of introducing couples who have been chatting online to see if the chemistry extends into the real world.
The show has been praised for the diverse cast members in terms of body type, skin colour, ethnicity and sexuality. In this respect Love In the Flesh has really put Love Island to shame, with it having more diversity in one series than Love Island has had in five years...
We are here for Zara's hair care tips and the new standard for representation in reality TV her TV show is promoting.
