It’s only been a few days since Celebrity Big Brother has returned to our screens and already it’s delivered a lot of drama. Most of which has been instigated by Academy Award nominee, Micky Rourke.
After making a slew of homophobic jokes —including one where he used a gay slur— directed at former Dance Moms star Jojo Siwa, Rourke was issued with an official warning, with many viewers calling for him to be evicted right away.
The rest of the housemates had Jojo’s back and comforted the star after the upsetting joke, with Love Island 2017 star Chris Hughes even saying to Mickey, ‘I understand you might have thought it would be uninsulting, but it’s the way it’s perceived on other people. JoJo was very upset earlier, bless her.’
One person who isn’t surprised in the slightest that Chris stood up for Jojo is Love Island 2018 contestant, Frankie Foster.

Although he was in the villa a year after the CBB star, the pair have since struck up a friendship, and according to Frankie, Chris calling Mickey out on his behaviour is very in line with who he is.
‘He's very honest,’ Frankie exclusively told us. ‘With Chris, what you see is what you get. He's pretty honest. He's a straight shooter. He just kind of says how it is, which some people would question.
'They've always said, “Is it an act with Chris? Is he playing up to the cameras?” He’s not, he just genuinely is like that. He would definitely stick up for people if he’s got an opinion, he's not shy.’

However, all might not be lost between Mickey and Chris, and Frankie believes there could still be a potential bromance on the cards.
‘Chris gets on with everyone. He's very charming man. He loves a bromance, doesn't he? He had a bromance with Kem [Cetinay], and we have a bit of a bromance when we see each other.
'He's got bromance with many people. I think he has more bromances than relationships. I'd like to see a Mickey Rourke and Chris Hughes bromance.’
