If you’ve got the Love Island blues now that Love Island 2024 is over, might we suggest trying to fill the void with Love Island USA?

If we’re being honest, we never thought the American series could live up to the OG UK show which first started in 2015 but we have to admit we were WRONG – and that almost never happens.

The most recent US series is currently airing on ITVBe and it’s got us hooked. We’re not the only ones either as Love Island 2022’s Andrew Le Page, who is still as loved up as ever with Tasha Ghouri, has admitted he’s obsessed with it, too.

Andrew recently took to his Instagram story to share how much he’s enjoying Love Island USA and he also let slip that the rules seem to be a little more relaxed for the American Islanders.

“Ok I’m hooked on @loveislandusa,” he began.

“I just need to say that the Love Island villa USA is unreal 😍.”

Opening up about the differences in the rules in the two villas, he continued, “Also we weren’t allowed to play any ball games and yet they have a table tennis table!

“I could have done with that for the eight weeks 😭.”

It was recently announced that Andrew's girlfriend Tasha will take part in the next series of Strictly and following the exciting news, Andrew took to social media to congratulate her.

He wrote, "Congratulations Tasha! This is a dream come true and I'm so proud of you!

"You fully deserve this more than anyone. You've worked so hard to get here."

Tasha broke the news on the KISS Breakfast Show alongside Pete Wicks and later wrote on Instagram, "Pinch me, I can't believe I'm going to be on Strictly Come Dancing! I've been watching the show since I was little – it's a firm Ghouri family favourite – so this is a total dream come true."

He became obsessed with Love Island when Malin Andersson came back to confront Terry Walsh in series two and hasn’t looked back since. When he’s not interviewing former Islanders, Nathan is scrolling through their Instagram feeds for relationship updates and piping hot tea.
