They are a few adjectives Love Island contestants use when they reflect on their dating show experience but we have a feeling that 'frightened' may well be a Love Island first.
Catherine Agbaje, who made it to the final of All Stars alongside Omar Nyame, swung by heat Towers earlier this week to chat about their time in the South African villa and what a time we had.
Between doing Kendrick Lamar's iconic Not Like Us walk and spilling the tea on the Grace Jackson x Olivia Hawkins screenshot fiasco, Catherine also opened up about what had her scared AF and we totally relate.
'I have seen clips and stuff of different things,' Catherine revealed. 'What surprised me was my reactions, I didn't know I react like that.'
Catherine and her never declining face card was definitely one of the most expressive in the villa and we love her for it, it makes for some very entertaining screen grabs.
'Did you not see Curtis [Pritchard] in the heart rate? I jumped,' she confessed to Omar and, honestly, she wasn't the only one.
'I was frightened,' she cackled. 'I thought it was over so I was just having a chat with the girls and then all of a sudden someone just comes full force at me.'
To be fair we don't think anyone could ever be mentally prepared for having Curtis Pritchard cosplaying as King Julien from Madagascar cha-cha-cha-ing your way with a grin on his face.
'It was funny,' she added. Erm, yeah, thats one way to describe it.
The heart rate challenge is always a controversial part of the dating show, it's either iconic or cringe AF.
Claudia Fogarty said it gave her 'anxiety', whereas Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu described the experience as 'euphoric'.
