It's pretty uncommon for an Islander to fire shots at all his/her/their co-stars BEFORE entering the villa, but if any drama queen was going to do it, we're glad it's Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu (who, let's face it, has made Love Island worth watching thus far).
On the same day Islander Amber Beckford (and some ways, Ekin-Sun's own monosyllabic stud muffin, Jay Younger) called Ekin-Su out for being "calculated" and "playing a game", unearthed text messages surfaced revealing the bombshell allegedly had some CHOICE words about her co-stars prior to entering the Love Island villa.
And yes, she CAME for Gemma Owen.
Ekin-Su entered the villa one week after the original S8 Islanders, which means she got a good look at her co-stars before having her phone taken away and making her dramatic entrance.
In messages seen by The Sun, Gemma shared some shady thoughts on her soon-to-be co-stars just days before entering the villa. In the messages, she came for Michael Owen's daughter, Gemma and declared the entire cast, well... NOT FIT.
The breakout Love Island star allegedly wrote, "Gemma Owen is only 19! I reckon she would be my little sista in there.
“She’s a baby LMAO."
She added a seething read, "No fit girls though. Or guys."
We physically ducked a bit when we read that for the first time, just so you know.
In last night's toe-curling episode, Amber came for Ekin-Su, saying, "How you’ve been acting the last couple of days has made me question your intentions.
"You are playing a bit of a game, enjoying the drama."
The girls went on to resolve their drama the next morning, but if we know our Ekin-Su, this is just round one.
