The talk of Love Island 2025 has easily been Harry Cooksley.
From the moment he stepped into the series 12 villa, fans couldn't stop comparing him to Tom Clare and since then he's been non stop causing chaos after coupling up (or secretly snogging) Helena Ford, Shakira Khan, Yasmin Pettet and Rheo Parnell.
However it's now come to light that there's one of Harry's co-stars that he keeps talking about and surprisingly it's not who he's currently coupled up with (poor Helena).
Appearing on the Love Island podcast, Giorgio Russo revealed that even when the boys were in Casa Amor, Harry was still talking about Shakira.
'When [Harry and Shakira] fell out I spoke to Shakira at the fire pit - after the snog, marry, pie challenge - I realised that he had made a bit of a hiccup, when he kissed Helena and I said to her, "He has openly said that he does like you."
'Even in Casa, when we got the text to say Shakira had kissed someone - and he was coupled up with Helena - he actually said, "I felt a kind of way when Shakira kissed [someone] as opposed to when Helena did."'
Err, savage.
After Amy Hart - who co hosts the podcast alongside Indiyah Polack - asked if Harry and Shakira could have been end game, Gio admitted, 'I think so. I think Harry really did like her but I think Harry thinks he could have something a little bit more.
'Don't get me wrong, I get on with Harry really well but I think he's a bit of a kid in a candy shop where he's got a lot of attention coming his way - understandably so, he's really tall, reasonably good looking lad - so you can see where it's coming from.
'I think he's maybe a little bit confused with what he actually wants. I think he really did like Shakira probably more than Helena but he's obviously chosen Helena.'
He then added, 'When me and Helena came back to the villa [after the VIP Sleepover], I remember seeing Harry and Shakira sat in the hammock for like four hours or whatever just chilling, just them two.
'You can't sit with someone for four hours that you're not getting alone with.'
Hmm.
Love Island 2025 has been wild so who knows, maybe in the next few weeks we'll see Harry and Shakira back together.
