She rose to fame on Love Island, and now series five star Molly-Mae Hague is making a triumphant return to reality TV with an expose about her life. And after a tough few months for the 25 year old, following her split from boxer Tommy Fury, it’s expected to give us a glimpse into their rocky romance. No wonder streaming services are battling it out to win the rights to the tell-all, which has already started filming.

A source close to the star tells us, ‘Molly-Mae is really excited about the new TV show and has been working with a film crew for several weeks now. The programme is a fly-on-the-wall look at her life and will be focusing on how she juggles her work life and being a parent.’

The star, who shares one-year-old Bambi with Tommy, 25, has been at the centre of a media storm since the couple split in August, after five years together. But many have speculated that the pair have reunited, after the boxer revealed he’s trying to repair their relationship and Molly-Mae was spotted wearing her engagement ring.

Despite gaining a reputation for her very honest vlogs on her YouTube channel, Molly-Mae has remained tight-lipped about the break-up. In a video filmed after the split, she told fans, ‘I’m not swiping it under the carpet, but publicly, it’s not something that I want to go into or discuss, for myself, but also out of respect for Tommy, because he’s Bambi’s dad.’

But with TV channels and streamers expected to bid millions for broadcast rights to the show – which is reportedly being produced by Navvybee and Demi Doyle, who worked with Molly-Mae when she and Tommy appeared on his brother’s Netflix reality show At Home With The Furys – the pressure is on for Molly-Mae to open up.

‘Given what happened with Tommy, producers will be keen to try to get loads of content showing how Molly-Mae is coping with life as a single mum,’ we’re told. ‘She has no intention of going into any sordid details, but she’s also very comfortable in her own skin and isn’t afraid of letting people into her world. She’s spent a large part of her life as a reality TV star, so making her own show felt like the next natural step. It’ll also feature many of her friends and family who have been really instrumental in helping her through all this.’

While he admitted that ‘there was an issue’ in their relationship, Tommy seems adamant that the pair will reunite, referring to her as his ‘soulmate’ in his recent memoir, Lightning Can Strike Twice: My Life As A Fury. In the book, he also vehemently denies rumours that he cheated on Molly-Mae, and has insisted in interviews that he still loves her, saying, ‘I will love her until my final breath.’

Since appearing on Love Island in 2019, Molly-Mae has seen her wealth grow and grow, thanks to her influencing career, and savvy business deals. She is a co-founder of Filter, a company that sells self-tanning products; a former creative director for Pretty Little Thing, for which she received a six-figure salary; and has now set up her own fashion brand, Maebe. In addition, her YouTube channel has nearly two million subscribers and she reportedly rakes in over £60k for a single sponsored Instagram post. Now, with the hectic few months she’s had, she’s more talked-about than ever, making this the perfect time to launch a show that gives us a peek at her life behind the scenes.

‘There has been a hell of a lot going on in her life, so it will make incredible TV – it’s no surprise so many streaming channels want a piece of it,’ we’re told. ‘Molly-Mae is very astute, and she’s put together the perfect partnership to ger her show out there. She’s really enjoying the process and found it quite cathartic.’
