They were one of the strongest Love Island couples going (or so we thought), but Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page surprised us all at the start of the year when they confirmed they had split almost three years after they first met on the ITV2 show.

Rumours first started swirling about their relationship status following Tasha’s appearance on Strictly last year and then she was spotted on celebrity dating app Raya before they’d announced their breakup. At the time, it was reported that Andrew had been ‘blindsided’ by Tasha signing up for the app as their split was still ‘fresh and raw’.

Now, in a new interview, Tasha has shared her regret about getting back into dating so soon.

Speaking about her dating profile on the Spooning with Mark Wogan podcast, Tasha said, ‘I've already owned up to it, so yeah.’

The host then asked, ‘And admitted you thought it was a mistake in retrospect?’

Tasha replied, ‘Yeah. I'm happy being single at the moment.’

Given that she’s embracing single life, it seems would shouldn’t get our hopes up about Tasha returning to the villa for All Stars any time soon.

‘I wouldn't do it again, no All Stars for me. The door is open, but for me I've kind of moved on from that chapter,’ she explained.

And when asked about other dating shows like Celebs Go Dating, which is set to feature Tasha’s fellow Islanders Olivia Hawkins and Chris Hughes on the new series, she responded, ‘Absolutely not, no. The thought of dating anytime soon makes me like, eugh.’

Earlier this week, Andrew cut all ties with Tasha and unfollowed her on Instagram after she opened up about their split in her new book, Your Super Power.

He also addressed the ‘different negative narratives’ about the end of their relationship in a Snapchat Q&A, telling his followers, ‘Let's just say I've had to bite my tongue with all of it. Truth always comes out at some point right?’
