It’s rare these days that a new Love Island contestant doesn’t have a link to an already established celeb in the public eye and Casa Amor bombshell Kain Reed is no exception.
The self-described “charismatic” Newcastle native is being cheered on by none other than Geordie Shore legend Kyle Christie as he enters the second villa in the hope of turning the girls’ heads.
Kyle made his link to Kain known when he shared a picture of himself, his son Crew and the reality TV newbie on Instagram and penned a tribute to his pal.
“Good luck to Uncle Kain tonight entering the @loveisland Casa Amor villa,” Kyle captioned the post.
He added, “From the first moment we met, my exact words were, ‘Guarantee you will end up on TV one day’. It was just a matter of time 👌🏻.
“We can’t wait to see what you get up to and no doubt you will have us glued. Absolutely smash it mate… You deserve the world 🌎 @kain.reed.”
Kyle hasn’t revealed exactly how he knows Kain, however Kain is signed to Ceres Management – a talent agency run by Kyle’s girlfriend Vicky Turner.
Sidenote: is it just us who couldn't help but spot the resemblance between Kain and Kyle? They look like they could be brothers.
