Winter Love Island has begun and as always the world of social media is a gold mine of hilarious commentaries and controversial opinions.
But sometimes, just sometimes, the fans hit the nail on the head and with this one we think they might be onto something.
In the first episode we were of course hit with the initial coupling and although we all enjoyed the drama as ring girl Olivia Hawkins stole Anna-May Robey's man only to have him stolen by Tanyel Raven (we love to see it), there was a cute couple that has pulled on the viewers heart strings.
Enter Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall.
Make-up artist Lana picked car salesman Ron to couple up with and the Harry Potter loving duo seem to have already won the nations hearts as tweets came pouring in supporting them both.
One viewer tweeted, "Lana and Ron are on the way to winning boy #LoveIsland" with another declaring, "I know it's early but Lana and Ron endgame or ELSE!"
It is only DAY ONE, guys, we're going to need you to calm down. But also, if they don't win what's even the point in life?
One fan did point out that there always seems to be a couple who have a pretty strong journey and most people seem to think it'll be Lana and Ron for this season.
"I'm going to call it now. Ron & Lana are going to last long. They look good together I can't explain it. Every season there's always that long lasting couple #LoveIsland," one fan said on Twitter.
We're hoping for a Nathan and Cara moment a la Love Island 2016 but one fans seem to think they are more of a Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page pairing (we do NOT want #titgate occurring again Ron, so keep your tongue in your mouth at Casa Amor please-).
One tweet read, "Ron and Lana giving me Tasha and Andrew vibes #loveisland".
Tasha and Andrew were contestants on Love Island 2022 and although they didn't win, they're still together which is a bloody miracle.
