You come to Married At First Sight Australia for the romance, but you stay for the in-fighting, the wife-swapping and – let’s face it – Alessandra Rampolla’s sexy stern face when she’s telling them all off.
Series 9 made for some truly iconic viewing and created a household name out of Ella Mae Ding who went on to star in a few episodes of Made in Chelsea when she had a summer fling with resident lothario, Miles Nazaire.
As the new series of MAFS Australia takes over our lives, we simply had to find out what couples from season nine are still together - if any.
Which MAFS Season 9 couples are still together?
1 of 11Olivia and Jackson
SPLIT - Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie are no longer together. They split after ten months together and announced the break up via Instagram.
2 of 11Domenica and Jack
SPLIT - Domenica Calarco and Jack Millar said the relationship "fizzled" once the show ended and they are no longer together but apparently still pals.
3 of 11Ella and Mitch
SPLIT - Ella-Mae Ding and Mitch Enyaud seemed to make for a great couple on the show but Mitch ended things with Ella on the show. They met up at the end of last year but are officially not longer a couple.

SPLIT - Kate Laidlaw and Matt Ridley didn't even last the entirety of the show, calling it a day at the third commitment ceremony.
5 of 11Tamara and Brent
SPLIT - Tamara Djordjevic and Brent Vitiello are another couple who couldn't make it work. It was also rumoured that Tamara had a little somethin' somethin' with Mitch once the show ended but nothing came from it.

SPLIT - Carolina Santos and Dion Giannarelli called it a day early on in the competition and all broke loose when Carolina asked if she could return with ANOTHER groom in the form of Daniel who was previously married to Jess. Carolina and Daniel's request was refused but they rocked up at the reunion anyway.

SPLIT - To the shock of absolutely nobody Jessica Seracino and Daniel Holmes did not last and it was the moustached Daniel that Carolina attempted to return to the series with.

SPLIT - Carolina and Daniel caused quite a stir they turned up to the reunion show holding hands but after a messy break up they are no longer together or talking for that matter.

SPLIT - Another one bites the dust. Cody Bromley and Selina Chhaur did not manage to make the marriage work and announced their break up at the end of the show.
10 of 11Anthony and Selina
SPLIT - And another. Anthony Cincotta and Selin Mengu ended their relationship at one of the commitment ceremonies after refusing to have an apartment together and fighting at the dinner. THE DRAMA.

SPLIT - Holly Greenstein and Andrew Davis ALSO did not work out which means seasons 9 had ZERO successful couples.
Married At First Sight season 9 transformations
We have another reason to be obsessed with the Australian dating show: these contestants’ radical – and totally bewildering – physical transformations.
It turns out five of the series’ stars have changed their appearance so drastically in recent years, you would barely recognise them when stalking their Instagram profiles for clues about whether they’re still together. Prepare to be as confused as us.
Domenica Calarco
It caused a ruckus on last week’s show when it was revealed that the 28-year-old make-up artist had once posed nude for OnlyFans. But she’s also – and much more shockingly in our opinion – previously posed in front of a hedge wearing a flower crown and looking totally different. Soooo… who’s to say which is more disturbing?
Jack Millar
Without the ginger ‘tache and those east London-vibe glasses, the financial planner looks more like your older brother’s sexy mate, that you once snogged down the park near the football club when you were 15 who never texted you. But it’s fine, we’re not triggered.
Olivia Frazer
Olivia’s been open about weight affecting her confidence, and admits she still suffers with “serious body dysmorphia”. She had gastric sleeve surgery at the age of only 22, losing 50kg, but admits, despite that, “I'd grab whatever loose skin I had and be like, 'Oh my God, if only I could get rid of this roll'.”
Selin Mengu
We’re wholly here for all the skimpy outfits Selin is bringing to our TV screens this series. And there’s a reason she’s so keen to show some skin. Back in 2019, the executive assistant revealed a 9.3kg weight loss in just eight weeks – only four months after giving birth to her son, Roman.
Tamara Djordjevic
She’s been accused of being two faced on the show, but we don’t think they meant this exactly. Tamara, 29, from Queensland is completely unrecognisable in this old photo, with darker hair and different features. It’s amazing what good old fashioned lip fillers, fake tan, and then more lip fillers can do.
