With Love Island over for another year (sob), we’re desperately seeking another dating show to replace the void in our TV schedule and while Married At First Sight is keeping up hooked for now, we’re over the moon that Ex on the Beach will also be returning later this year.

Jack Fincham, Gemma Collins and Francesca Farago are just some of the stars that have been linked to the next series of the MTV show and now another major name is rumoured to be taking part.

After taking part in Celeb Ex in the City last year and Celebs Go Dating in 2019, iconic Love Island star Megan Barton-Hanson has reportedly signed up for the show.

A TV insider told The Sun, “The show is all about scandal and confrontation and Megan is outspoken and feisty, so producers were pleased to sign her – she makes great telly.”

Megan has plenty of famous exes who could wash up on the beach following high-profile romances with Wes Nelson, Demi Sims and Chelcee Grimes. Maybe her former villa flame Eyal Booker could make an appearance too?

Olivia Attwood (TOWIE)

Olivia's time on TOWIE was eventful to say the least. She was accused of bullying Chloe Brockett, she threw olives at Courtney Green and she had some hilarious nights out with her fellow cast members. Absolute TV gold, no wonder she got her own show.

Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde (TOWIE)

Cara and Nathan joined TOWIE at the beginning of 2017, appearing on the show occasionally both as a couple and separately (after their split later that year). Then, after a six-month break from the show (and each other) and baby together, the pair rejoined in 2019.

Sam Gowland (Geordie Shore)

Sam joined the 16th series of Geordie Shore back in 2018 and later began dating co-star Chloe Ferry, a Geordie Shore OG. The couple were together for more than three years which in reality TV terms is basically a lifetime, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be and the couple split at the beginning of 2020.

Zara McDermott (Made in Chelsea)

Zara made her Made in Chelsea debut in the summer of 2019 alongside her boyfriend Sam Thompson. Their relationship was dramatic to say the least and they briefly split up after Zara cheated on Sam during her stint on another reality show The X Factor: Celebrity. Luckily they're now back together but we won't be seeing Zara on MIC anymore.

Gabby Allen (Celebrity Big Brother)

The final series of Celebrity Big Brother wasn't without its drama. We had 'punch gate' between Roxanne Pallett and Ryan Thomas and awkwardness between Gabby and Dan Osbourne who were accused of sleeping with each other despite Dan being married to EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa. Gabby entered the Big Brother house on Day 1 and left on Day 26 in sixth place.

Eyal Booker (Celebs Go Dating)

Eyal appeared on Celebs Go Dating back in 2018 after failing to find love in the Love Island villa. Unfortunately for him, he didn't have any more success on the famous dating show which he starred in alongside Amy Tapper from Gogglebox, TOWIE star Vas J Morgan and fellow Love Islander Olivia Attwood.

Olivia Attwood (Celebs Go Dating)

Naturally Olivia also brought plenty of drama during her stint on Celebs Go Dating by getting steaming drunk on a date, flirting with the waiter during another and hooking up with Callum Izzard, who was also appearing on the show, in the finale.

Wes Nelson (Dancing on Ice)

Wes appeared on the 11th series of Dancing on Ice back in 2019 and actually did really well, finishing in second place. Unfortunately, his time on the show was overshadowed by his break-up from Megan Barton Hanson who believed that he was having a fling with his Dancing on Ice partner Vanessa Bauer.

Kem Cetinay (Dancing on Ice)

In January 2018 Kem appeared on the tenth series of Dancing on Ice, finishing in fourth place with his partner Alex Murphy. Fans loved him so much that the next year he was asked to return and be the backstage presenter.

Maura Higgins (Dancing on Ice)

So much for the Strictly curse, the last few series of Dancing on Ice have been plagued by relationship rumours. Not only did Maura's appearance on the show potentially lead to her split with Curtis Pritchard, it may also have caused the downfall of her professional partner Alexander Demetriou's marriage. Despite all the drama, Maura did pretty well on the show finishing in sixth place on the 2020 series.

No Love Lost (The X Factor: Celebrity)

Eyal Booker, Samira Mighty, Zara McDermott and Wes Nelson all joined forces for The X Factor: Celebrity, forming the short-lived group No Love Lost. Not only did they finish in 8th place, they haven't released a single track together. Wes however has gone on to have an incredible solo career with tracks including See Nobody and Nice to Meet Ya, two absolute bangers.

The reality star is rumoured to be taking home a huge payday for appearing on the show too as, according the the same publication, she’s raked in £500,000 through lockdown from her TV and brand deals as well as X-rated subscription site OnlyFans.

Megan set up her company MBH Productions Ltd to handle her earnings after she rose to fame on Love Island and since signed big money deals with the likes of Ann Summers and PrettyLittleThing.

It was also revealed last year that Megan earns an estimated £807,559 a month through OnlyFans, where she posts exclusive intimate content that fans can access for £19 a month or £50 for three months.

Megan is the only British celeb in the top 10, ranking at number nine, while the top celebrity earner on OnlyFans is Blac Chyna who is estimated to earn a frankly wild £15 MILLION every month.

Speaking about her huge earnings, Megan previously said, “I’m so proud of OnlyFans.

“I knew how much girls I used to work with in the sex industry were making on webcamming, so I thought, ‘Why not?’ I can’t believe how well I’ve done, I’m smashing it."
