Love Island boy shows off dramatic bleached hair and balayage beard

He did NOT look like this on Love Island 👀

Love Island Luke Trotman hair transformation

by Heat |

Love Island 2020 contestant Luke Trotman has surprised fans with a new hair transformation over on his Instagram as he parties in Mexico following his split from villa girlfriend Siânnise Fudge.

The former semi-pro footballer is currently on holiday with pals and has been documenting his trip on social media. But among all the dreamy beach pictures and sunny snaps, we couldn't help but notice Luke's new bleach blonde barnet which looks VERY different from his signature dark 'do.

That's not the only way that Luke has changed up his look though as he's also rocking what we can only describe as a balayage beard, which is darker at the top and lighter on the bottom. Frankly, didn't know ombré facial hair existed, but we're kinda into it.

Luke's followers were loving the blonde on him, including one who wrote, "Loving the hair 🔥🔥🔥."

Another added, "Blonde hair don't care," while a third commented, "I am obsessed with this man."

This isn't the first time Luke's been blonde and, honestly, we've lost count of his different looks in the past month or two.

Leanne Amaning

After failing to find love in the villa (she famously got the 'ick' whilst with Mike Boateng), Leanne's time on the island was cut relatively short in a cruel dumping.

He stirred up quite the reaction from his recent experimentation with hair dye after he ditched his signature dark hair and shaved it off, before dyeing it pink. We can't keep up!

In a selfie taken in a lift mirror posted to his Instagram a few weeks, Luke matched his new hair with a pink plaid jacket from the brand Cole Buxton - and we are here for it.

The semi-professional footballer from Luton received plenty of comments from his followers, complimenting him on his new candy floss pink 'do.

One user wrote, "Absolute VIBE 💕" whilst another wrote, "FIRE!!! 🔥🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽".

Former TOWIE star and Celebrity Big Brother housemate Dan Osborne commented on the photo too, saying, "Looking good bro! Hope you’re well 🙌🏼".

Some users aren't a huge fan of his new hair, with one commenting, "Mmmm, no to hair luke sorry 👎". But Luke's loyal fans were quick to back him up, with one saying, "Men can change their look after a break up too, don’t hate 💁‍♀️".

After his split from Siannise last year, Luke seems to have been doing good. He has been posting quite frequently on Instagram to his followers, and his new hair 'do is giving off that post-break-up glow.

The star also let his followers know who made the hair transformation happen by tagging his barber in the photo. His account is @neonblack_ldn, FYI.

But don't worry - if you're looking to recreate his look on your own mane, we've got you covered. You don't even need to go to a hairdresser and spend hours sitting in a salon chair either.

From Olia to L'Oreal, we've found some amazing alternatives that you can experiment with at home if you're willing to take the leap just like Luke. If you're not ready to fully commit, we've included some semi-permanent dyes too.
