We can always rely on TikTok to continuously show us a beauty dupe, a new trend to try or a product to splurge on and whenever it comes to a super flawless base, we're all ears.

Whether it's triangle powder puffs, Alix Earle's beauty faves or Flawless Filter dupes, TikTok is the place to find all the best beauty hacks you should be trying.

We all know that there are multiple ways to blend in concealer but it's time for the OG Beauty Blender to move over as there's a new kid in town.

Branded as the 'kitten's paw' brush, let us introduce the Real Techniques Brightening Concealer Brush. You might've seen this brush all over your FYP and it's time for us to give it a try.

Real Techniques, created by YouTube OG's and MUA sisters Sam and Nic Chapman in 2011 launched their range of make-up brushes and sponges and affordable prices. One product that always flies off the shelves is, of course, the Miracle Complexion Sponge, a cult classic in so many make-up bags and for good reason.

With that being said, I was super excited to try this brush especially as I like to think of myself as a bit of a make-up brush addict.

Typically, I prefer to apply my concealer with a brush and blend it with a sponge. But, after seeing this brush go viral on TikTok and Instagram, I was desperate to get my hands on it.

So let's get to it...

Initially, I was super impressed with the shape. The 'kitten paw' shape allows you to nestle the brush perfectly into the contour of the eye and buff any concealer until it looks seamless.

The graduated bristles push concealer gently into the skin comfortably. The pointed edge allows you to conceal any unwanted dark circles and hard-to-reach areas like the inner corners. The tapered brush seamlessly blends concealer without leaving any unwanted brush strokes. If you're a gal who loves a full coverage concealer (me), you'll love the finish this brush gives.

The main difference between a sponge and a brush would be the finish on the skin. A sponge typically pushes the product into the skin and helps absorb any excess product. But, if you LOVE a full coverage finish to your undereye, this brush would for perfectly in your make-up routine.

Overall, I was very impressed with this brush. Do I think its worth the hype? In one word, yes.

If like me, you love discovering a new way to get your make-up looking flawless, it's a great brush to add to your collection. And for £7.99, you can't say no.
