From Y2K-inspired flower clips worn by Jess White to Nicole Samuel forever topping up her base with a cult Maybelline product, we were living for the tricks, trends and general inspo from this year's Love Island.

Uma Jammeh entered the villa on day three and we proceeded to spend the entire eight weeks wondering exactly what was responsible for the bombshell's gorgeously glowy skin.

We caught up with the star alongside dumped co-star and boyfriend, Wil Anderson to find out her must-have beauty products for filming. It turns out that her all-time favourite hack for gleamy skin is an affordable Amazon best-seller, which just happens to be 30% off right now. We're listening.

Speaking exclusively to heat, Uma shared, "My secret to glowy skin is honestly Weleda Skin Food. I just love it. I always use it as a base for my make-up. All the girls in the villa used Skin Food as a moisturiser."

The 24-year-old later shared her devotion to Weleda in an Instagram story thanking the brand for sending her a stash of goodies. The Islander wrote in a caption, 'If you know me you know I LOVE my Skin Food! Literally use it day and night every day.'

If you're new here, Weleda's Skin Food is CULT in Love Island Land. Dozens of Islanders from previous seasons swore by the affordable green tube for delivering a lit-within glow to the skin, especially when used as a primer before makeup.

Mary Bedford learned the Weleda Skin Food hack during her days modelling for Boohoo and influenced the entire season 7 of its glow-inducing powers. Co-star, Chloe Burrows said in a video, "Well, Mary actually got me into this on Love Island. It's the Weleda Skin Food and it's bloody brilliant."

Love Island All Star winner, Molly Smith uses Weleda Skin Food as a balmy base before going in with her trusty Too Faced Born This Way Foundation.

Molly-Mae Hague is also a fan who said in a YouTube video, "My make-up artist Holly always uses this on me."

Other Islanders who have spoken about their love for Weleda Skin Food include Olivia Attwood, Ella Thomas, Kaz Kamwi, Sophie Piper, Faye Winter and Liberty Poole.

Basically, if we had a pound for every Love Island star who has sworn by Weleda Skin Food, we'd easily have enough dosh for a very nice dinner and a glass of fizz.

As well as working as an excellent primer, Weleda Skin Food can also be used as a thick nighttime moisturiser, as well as a multi-use balm for everything from lips to dry knees. Consider us sold.

In other beauty news, Uma also shared a TikTok detailing the exact lip product responsible for glossy lips during her time on the show - and it's a best-seller.

The original Maybelline Lifter Gloss is a firm favourite in Love Island's Chloe Burrows' beauty routine for her statement, super glossy lips, so it's no surprise Uma reaches for the Plump version in the villa to create her statement lip.

What's more, the Maybelline Lifter Plumping Lip Gloss is currently on offer on Amazon, meaning you can bag one for just £7.99.

We also watched each episode like a true detective to try and decipher Uma's beauty routine and her love for Weleda Skin Food was evident.

The viral green tube was spotted next to Uma and Grace Jackson as they were getting ready at the Casa Amor sleepover and we were not surprised one teeny bit.
