How to style an anklet
Anklets are a fabulous way to switch the gears on any boring outfit, and we've got a few tips on what clothes to pair with an anklet and how to style it.
Dresses (mini, midi or maxi) are great to pair with your anklet given that your bare leg (get it girl) will be on show. If you're going for a colourful beaded anklet then make sure to colour coordinate with your dress, otherwise a simple silver and gold will do.
In terms of shoes, open-toe shoes are a perfect companion, HOWEVER, a pair of plain white or pastel-coloured sneakers will also look fab. Remember, if you opt for a pair of heels, avoid wearing a pair with an ankle strap.
Final tip - don't overdo it. Yes, we love the colourful beads, but as long as it is done tastefully and not, dare we say it, tackily.
