If, like us, you’ve been absolutely obsessed with Anna Vakili since she rose to fame on Love Island in 2019 then you’re probably aware that she’s VERY close to her sister Mandi. The siblings always attend events together, have launched their own shoe collection with Simmi Shoes and recently started their own podcast called Sisters in the City.
However, Anna and Mandi left us scratching our heads over the weekend when we saw a photo of them posing with their “triplet” on social media. How did we not realise they had another sister, pls?
Well, it turns out they don’t, as the third person in the snap was none other than fellow reality star Nikita Jasmine (of Married At First Sight UK and Celebs Go Dating fame). We’re not quite sure how it’s taken us this long to realise it, but the resemblance between Nikita and the Vakili sisters is uncanny tbh.
Fans flooded to the comments section to point out how similar they look when Nikita shared a picture of them on a night out with the caption, “Who wants a Vakili sandwich?”
“Triplets 😍 still obsessed w/you tho @nikita__jasmine,” wrote one, while another commented, “Nahh you all look flawless 🔥.”
Even Anna herself couldn’t help but point out the likeness between them as she added, “You literally look like our sisters 😂😂❤️❤️ love youuuuuuu,” to which Nikita replied, “I’m now part of the Persian family 🙋🏾♀️🤪 love you tooooo 🤍🤍.”

It left Millie Court in the dark about Liam Reardon's antics and Faye Winter thought Teddy Soares had kissed another girl however it was part of a game.Teddy returned (with Faye's teddy bear in hand) and was left single in the villa and Casa Amor bombshell Lillie Haynes returned and exposed Liam, which left Millie devastated.

After Laura Anderson and Paul Knops came runners up on the show, viewers took to Ofcom and complained because they were not in an official relationship. In third place was Megan Barton Hanson and Wes Nelson and in fourth place was Josh Denzel and Kaz Crossley - both couples were in an exclusive relationship.

After the Mean Tweet challenge appeared to be scrapped during the 2020 series, the News Splash didn't go down well with viewers.Paige Turley was left furious when one of the headlines said, 'Casa Amor causes Callum, Finn and Nas' head to turn on tonight's Love Island'.Finn protested his innocence but Paige was annoyed and so were fans who branded the headline as "fake news".

Meanwhile, Amber Gill was left single when Michael Griffiths savagely dumped her for Joanna Chimonides.

During the 2018 series, Love Island received 655 complaints following Georgia Steel and Jack Fowler's kiss. While Georgia insisted that they both intentionally kissed on their date, Jack was sure that he went to kiss her cheek but she moved in for the lips. Luckily the truth came out during the reunion and Georgia FINALLY apologised.

A lot of viewers felt uncomfortable when Maura Higgins tried to kiss Tommy Fury, despite his protests and Love Island received 709 complaints.

Jack Fincham was floored when he saw his ex-girlfriend walk into Casa Amor but no one was more devastated than Dani Dyer who was left in a flood of tears. After the episode aired, Ofcom received 2,644 complaints about the show.

During the early stages of Love Island 2019, Ofcom received 600 complaints over Joe Garratt and Lucie Donlan's relationship. Viewers accused him of having a "controlling nature" when Lucie was left in tears and Women's Aid issued a statement about the show.

In case you were wondering, Anna and Mandi aren’t actually twins. In fact, Anna is older by almost two years, but the sisters definitely bear a close resemblance.
The pair do everything together and, according to Anna, they were even supposed to go on Love Island at the same time before bosses cut Mandi from the line-up at the last minute.
“There were talks of having my sister on the show too but last minute she was told she isn’t coming on but I would love her to. When they told me, basically you’re going on but she’s not it was such a weird feeling. I couldn’t be excited because the whole way through we thought we were going to be together. My sister and I are like twins so I didn’t exactly sound happy because I was so upset for her,” Anna told The Sun back in 2019.

Last week, Anna appeared to share the first photo of her new boyfriend on TikTok and she’s even got Mandi to thank for her relationship as she met her man through her sister’s boyfriend.
“I always get with her guy mates, it’s this weird thing that happens. But yeah it’s very fresh at the moment,” the 2019 Islander told FUBAR radio last month.
Mandi added, “I’m in a relationship now, it’s serious. But Anna, well I think Anna is as well. I don’t know, they just break up every week.”
Anna continued, “All that stuff that we say about how you should ‘be with someone who makes you a better person and all that’, it’s easy to say. But when you’re in that situation, no matter what age, you can end up in these toxic relationships and it’s really hard. But yeah, I guess I am with someone.”
