She's been on our screens for less than three weeks and we already want to read Ekin-Su's inevitable autobiography. Either that, or we want to subscribe to her inevitable podcast, which in our minds will be called Ekin and the Exes; each week she'll invite a different celebrity ex/fling on to her show in the name of drama and our earholes shall LIVE.
To clarify, neither of these things are confirmed, but if Ekin-Su's manager is reading this, let's talk - we've pretty much mapped out her whole post-show business plan.
If Ekin-Su wanted to go down these routes post-Love Island, she most definitely could; after all, this reality queen not only exhales drama like carbon dioxide, but her little black book of celebrity flings/links appears to be well, not so little.
In the past few weeks, the model and actress, who splits her time between London and Istanbul, and her dating history have been making more headlines than a certain Geordie hair goddess did in 2010. In the past few days, we've learned that Ekin-Su has been linked to a glitterati of saucy suitors, including TOWIE'S James Lock (who we know has a thing for Islanders, as he recently dated Megan Barton-Hanson) and English pro footballer Jack Grealish (who is now dating model Sasha Attwood), not to mention Davide Sanclimenti, Jay Younger and Charlie Radnedge inside the Love Island villa itself.
Ekin-Su might be claiming she doesn't have a type in the villa, but we beg to differ – it's hunky reality TV stars. Or, at the very least, it's a type she certainly indulged in for a while. On top of James Lock and half the villa boys, Ekin-Su has recently been linked to former Made In Chelsea star Josh 'JP' Patterson. She allegedly went on a series of secret dates with him prior to entering the villa.
Josh famously dated Made In Chelsea legend, Binky Felstead during his stint on the show between 2015 and 2018. The pair even had a daughter together - India, who is now five. The couple split shortly after India was born.
According to a source close to The Sun, Ekin-Su and Josh hit it off last year. The source told the publication, "They went on a few dates and got on really well.
“Josh has nothing but good things to say about Ekin-Su, but he’s a little bit embarrassed that she’s suddenly everywhere.”
You say "embarrassed", we say excited.
We can't help but recall one particular Ekin-Su comment from an interview she gave just before she entered the Love Island villa. When asked to sum up her dating history in one sentence, she said, "I would say it’s been a let down. I’ve met a lot of narcissistic men and I fell for that. I need to change up my game and try to go for the nice guys."
As things stand, our Ekin-Su is coupled up in a lukewarm relationship with new bombshell Charlie, but is exploring sparks between her and her Love Island nemesis, Davide.
We're actually looking forward to Ekin-Su leaving the villa before Davide relights her fire; sorry, we just can't wait to read her hot girl summer manifesto and the quicker she's back in London being a hottie influencer, the quicker she can get to writing our new life bible.
