The Love Island contestant to TV presenter pipeline has to be studied at this point. Fresh off his Love Island 2019 win, Greg O’Shea nabbed himself a presenter gig back in Ireland hosting The Six O’Clock Show, while queen of Ireland Maura Higgins went stateside to host Love Island USA Aftersun. Unsurprisingly, Chloe Burrows and Olivia Attwood both went down the podcast route.
Now, Love Island 2018’s Eyal Booker has entered the presenting game. Eyal will be one of the influencers hosting a new “creator-led” talk show called Influenced. The show, produced by Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine production company, has just dropped on Prime and we’re strongly considering tuning in. Eyal will be joined by fellow influencers and TikTokers, Achieng Agutu, Tefi Pessoa, Taryn Delanie Smith and Cyrus Veyssi.
Since Love Island, Eyal Booker has continued to model and make TV appearances, although he has mainly been on our radar due to his relationship with Delilah Hamlin and friendship with Scott Disick- which led to those infamously confusing messages to Megan Barton-Hanson. We will never forget those.
This week, Eyal posted an Instagram of him showing off his very particular set of skills in his new show and it was interesting to say the least.
In the video, he can be seen using an immersion blender to make watermelon juice. If you think that sounds boring, just trust us and watch it before passing judgement. Eyal strips off as, he explains, the job “can get a bit splattery,” much to the joy of his fellow hosts.
If you don’t have time to watch a 60 second video, take a look at the comments and it’ll tell you everything you need to know.
The snippet definitely got people talking, with one viewer commenting, “The girlies are FERAL”.
Eyal’s fellow Love Island 2018 Islander-turned pop star herself Samira Mighty also commented, writing, “😂😂 Brilliant hot stuff bro 😂😂😂”.
Amazon MGM who produced the show simply wrote, “Thank you for doing that.”
That really says it all.

Sarah O'Byrne has been writing for heat and Closer since May 2023, and she will not be trying Eyal's watermelon juice recipe anytime soon.
