She made it all the way to the Love Island final in 2018, and it's safe to say that (ultimate) Casa Amor bombshell Kaz Crossley has had QUITE the journey post-villa.

Kaz has chosen to step away from brand deals and red carpets and is now devoting her time to charity work in Thailand and if you've checked out her Instagram grid recently, you'll see that she continues to give and give 🙏.

The Love Island 2018 star recently braved the shave, choosing to lose her luscious locks for Little Lady Locks, a charity which raises money for children with hair loss to make wigs and hair accessories – and, of course, she's still giving absolute bombshell. *Looks in the mirror and realises I'd be giving Coneheads* *Looks in the mirror again and realises some of you are far too young for that reference*

Her grid is currently full of posts about the charity and her fundraising and, honestly, we love to see a Love Island star using their colossal following in such a selfless way.

Sharing a snap of herself holding her lopped locks, a freshly shaved Kaz wrote, "CHOP CHOP ✂️ please get donating!!!

"Over the last few months I have been working closely with @littleladylocks charity. In this time I have met some incredibly brave and inspiring girls and have seen first hand the lengths @ashley_marie_hair goes to for them, helping regain their confidence after hair loss. I have seen how much these wigs have made a positive impact on their lives, and have since made it my mission to help as many girls as I can.

"So yesterday I decided to cut all my hair off- to create a wig for a little girl who needs it. I’m determined to spread awareness of this beautiful charity and hope you all see my dedication to this cause. But it is not as simple as cutting off my hair. It costs the charity £500 to pay the wig makers to turn my hair into a wig!!! That’s why this charity desperately needs our help. It broke my heart when @ashley_marie_hair told me she was close to shutting down because they just don’t have the money or support. Let’s get the funds to get all the referrals seen to this month so the girls don’t have to wait any longer to feel like themselves again. Please help me spread the word 🙏🏼."

And then, just when we thought this tale couldn't get any more wholesome, Kaz's mum – who was with her when she got her head shaved – decided to do the same, for the same cause.

Kaz added, "P.S After my mum met the girls and heard all of their stories, she decided last minute to do the same. What a legend, my inspiration always. Me and my mum will be combining our hair to make the wig. Remember every little helps! Thank you x."

And it seems that Kaz's showbiz pals are feeling as emotional and inspired as us, as they took to her comments section with endless words of kindness and love.

Demi Sims wrote, "Awwww Kazz!! I absolutely love this you legend 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️."

Tasha Ghouri wrote, "❤️❤️❤️ This is amazing!!!"

And Leigh-Anne Pinnock commented, "You are so beautiful and inspiring ❤️."

Kaz also ran the Manchester Marathon for the charity on Sunday 14 April, telling her fans ahead of the feat, "[I'm] so excited for because I know I'm not doing it to just test myself, but as one way to raise money and awareness for something that I truly care about."
