If there’s one reality show that remains iconic it’s Ex on The Beach.
It’s one of the few reality TV shows that doesn’t feel over produced.
Screaming matches? Check. Drunken celebs? Check. The tablet of terror? Check.
Now, we’re a good few seasons into the show so you’d think the celebs would be fully prepared for what they’d signed up for.
Remember when TOWIE’s Kirk Norcross and Celebrity Big Brother’s Cami Li reunited?
Or when Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison and Ricci Guarnaccio came face to face?
We’ll you’d think the celebs would try and squash any beef OR warn the producers about any exes.
And when we had a chat with this year’s celebs Love Island’s Joe Garratt, TOWIE’s Yazmin Oukhellou and Too Hot To Handle’s Chloe Veitch, they spilled the tea.
“You’re not allowed to,” Chloe admitted.
“You have conversations before you go on the show about exes you feel would be best fit for the show.
“So I put a couple of exes forward that I was on good terms with and I thought maybe I've got a little bit of a sense of control here but it backfired and it was like, ‘I can't believe this person has just walked out the water.’”
Joe then added, “That sounds like a good idea though. I think next time I'll probably message a few exes and just say, ‘Hi if you get the call say no.’”
LOL.
To be fair we’d love to see Joe reunite with Love Island 2019’s Lucie Donlan although she’s engaged to Luke Mabbott now.
We also won’t be seeing him with All Stars’ Molly Smith because she’s loved up with Tom Clare (who Joe’s kind of had a row with since the show).
You never know, this time next year we might see Joe and Frankie Sims reunite on the beach. They’re both single and Frankie’s had a huge falling out with her sister Chloe Sims on the latest series of House of Sims.
Sucks to be them but House of Sims series two will be good viewing for us.
Watch the first TWO episodes of the brand-new series of Celebrity Ex on the Beach on Paramount+ first from tomorrow, 19th March, or catch-up weekly on MTV!
