How’s your Love Island withdrawal symptoms folks? Even though we’ve got all the drama of Married At First Sight UK, we still find ourselves fully invested in Millie Court and Liam Reardon’s cute trip to Wales and former Islanders like Shannon Singh spilling the TEA on how she felt about the AWKS AF reunion show.

We also were left shocked when Jake Cornish decided not to show up to the reunion party (he said he was ill) but later spilled the beans on an ‘unaired’ scene between himself and ex-girlfriend Liberty Poole.

The duo sensationally quit the villa together after their relationship broke down and they decided to go their separate ways.

Their exit apparently threw Love Island into 'chaos' and although Jake admitted he "got it wrong" with his relationship, when we spoke to Liberty she didn't rule out a reunion with her ex.

During a recent Q&A on his Instagram, one of his followers asked Jake,"Well unfair the way the public reacted to you on the show. What's your thoughts on it?"

Jake then responded and said, "If people knew what was said which wasn't aired, I think people would believe differently".

Unlike some other Islanders, Jake is using his time post-villa to spend time with his beloved mum and we haven’t heard much from him – apart from that he’s managed to bag his ‘dream’ job as a Dreamboy.

However, his pal Brad McClelland recently opened up about how Jake is adjusting to life in the limelight during a Q&A on Instagram.

Replying to a fan who asked him how Jake was doing, Brad replied, “Jake is Jake and seems good to me. He’s still got that bouncy positive personality, always smiling and having a laugh. Don’t call him Tigger for nothing 😂 @jakecornish7”.

Love Island 2021 star has the best response to ‘gay’ rumours

Brad recently made his thoughts known about the reunion show – that drew a lot of complaints from fans who blasted it as “boring” and “uncomfortable”.

He spoke out after shocking fans with a rather unexpected reply on the show when Laura asked how he felt about his former flame Lucinda Strafford cracking on with Aaron Francis just 24 hours after he left the villa.

“Yeah I loved it, it turned me on,” Brad quipped during the reunion, leaving viewers stunned.

Explaining his response, Brad said, “The reason I answered the way I did, is because every single interview I did upon leaving asked me 'how did seeing Lucinda with Aaron make you feel?'

“I'm sick of answering that question, I'm sure the public are sick of hearing us answer that question, so I thought 'd'ya know what? Screw this, I'll come up with a daft question!'”

He added to OK!, “Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer!”
