We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.

This week it's all about Charlotte Crosby, the hilarious, straight-talking telly phenomenon who makes everything just that little bit more fun.

From her Geordie Shore days as an OG cast member, winning Celebrity Big Brother, having her own shows on MTV and TLC, and twice Sunday Times best-selling author to entertaining a devoted fanbase of many millions across her social media platforms, it's fair to say she is a little bit of a legend.

Okay, a massive legend, fine.

Charlotte Crosby chats exclusively to heat about her brand-new tour (it looks WILD), tanning secrets and the £2 product she credits for 'really good' skin.

On self-care

Charlotte Crosby

Charlotte is famed for her high energy, so it's no surprise that she isn't into calm pamper days, but she does have a favourite skin ritual that she is ob-sessed with. The best part? It's just £1.95.

"I'm not very good with self-care, like the whole let's pamper yourself thing. But one thing that I do swear by and I use them very often is the Garnier Moisture Bomb Face Mask. They are the absolute best and your skin is glowing afterwards. I love them, so I always just whack a little face mask on and that's about it. I honestly don't do anything else with my skin, I think that's why it's so good."

Wait, Charlotte's great skin rests soley on Garnier's sheet masks? Brb, off to buy ten.

On tanning favourites

"I always, always use Bondi Sands, that is my go-to. They've got a really nice face mist (Charlotte loves the Bondi Sands Pure Self Tanning Face Mist, £14.99) and I've used it for a very long time."

Charlotte is a dab hand at the whole tanning malarky, so what's her best tip for a flawless finish?

"I always put mine on with a little bit of moisturiser. I get a dollop of tan and a dollop of moisturiser and just rub it all together and put both of the dollops on the mitt."

Didn't we tell you she's a legend?

On trolling

Charlotte Crosby

Sadly, anyone can be a victim of trolling nowadays, however Charlotte stresses it's important to stop dwelling on the negatives, especially now 'a mute and block button exists'.

"I've got such a weird outlook on it. People are always gonna say negative things about you, you cannot control that, it is so out of your control. Whether it happened when you're at school in the playground, face to face, or going to work or now it happens online which, to be honest, I think is kind of the easiest way to deal with trolling."

"I would prefer to be trolled from an account with one follower, no display picture and a fake name than to be bullied in the play yard at school and fear going into work every day. I don't know why people put trolls on such a pedestal because that's exactly what they want. I get so many beautiful, positive comments every single day. So, I don't even feel like I get trolled, even though I probably do, but I just scroll past it because it's that easy. Why are we not talking about the amazing things that people say about us and why does the whole world have to constantly be so negative and talk about the negatives."

Preach it! Does Charlotte have any advice for anyone experiencing online negativity?

"Just get a grip and look around you. You've got people who love you and think you're absolutely amazing. Just get a grip. Give yourself a slap and push some cold water on your face and stop being silly."

On her new tour

Every fancied a wild night out with Charlotte Crosby? Well, you're in luck as the Geordie Shore star is launching her very own tour named One Night With Charlotte. Think X-rated gossip, celeb appearances and stories that are just too hot for TV, Oo-er.

"If you could write down a list of what you could expect if you went out on a night out with me, expect all of those things! It's just gonna be so, so amazing. It's a fully immersive TV show on stage which everyone who is in the audience gets to be completely and utterly involved in."

Charlotte admits it's been on her mind for a while, but had been mustering the courage to perform on-stage.

"It was always spoken about but I was always far too nervous. Going up on stage was such a scary thought. But obviously, it was something that I thought, 'Wow, what an amazing thing to say you've done and achieved and if do it like how amazing would that be?' So when I finally grew the balls to just go ahead and do it, we did a one night practice night in Liverpool and it went down a storm."

On bad days

Charlotte

You know those days where everything goes wrong and you just want to hide from the world? Yep, we've all been there. How does Charlotte perk herself up after a bad day?

"I literally allow myself to be sad for 30 minutes and then I tell myself to get a f*cking grip and stop being such a moron. Lately, I was upset by something that happened and had a little bit of a cry. Then I thought, 'I've got an amazing life and amazing family amazing friends... I'm about to go on tour next month. Like, what more could I ask for from life?' Pull yourself together. There are people out there who are literally like struggling to pay the bills to have a roof over their head."

Does anyone else need regular pep talks from Charlotte Crosby going forward or?

On life-changing books

"I've just read'Why Men Love Bitches'it is amazing. Another one I really enjoyed listening to is 'Bitch up! Expect More and Get More'. It's focused on why you need to start putting yourself first. I've been the type of person to jump into relationships constantly in the last five years and it taught me a lot about how you need to love yourself before you can love someone else."

On good advice

"This one is about a boy I was nervous at the thought of meeting and I was scared of what they would think of me. My friend said to me, 'you need to stop being nervous about what they think of you because it's about what you think about them. Are they the right person for you? Are you going to like them?' Switch that thought process around."

BRILLIANT.
