It might be getting dark earlier and our social lives might be moving out of the pub and back into our living rooms, but there’s no denying that television gets a whole lot more exciting at this time of year.
Case in point: Strictly’s The Real Full Monty is set to land on our screens later this month and the full line up has just been revealed – and Love Island fans, you’re in for a treat.

Seriously, what could be better than Britain’s best TV stars getting their kit off for a good cause?
Braving the buff this year are Love Island 2021’s Teddy Soares and 2020’s Demi Jones, married couple and former Strictly stars James and Ola Jordan and Blue heartthrob Duncan James.
TV presenters Martin Roberts and Brenda Edwards, former RHOCheshire star Christine McGuinness and EastEnders actor Leila Morse will also take to the stage, with Olympian Colin Jackson completing the line up.
Once again Diversity captain Ashley Banjo will coach the first time strippers, in order to raise awareness of lifesaving cancer checks.
WATCH: Love Island's Priscilla Anyabu: "They’re going to think I’m too dark - no one will pick me"
Ashley said, "I'm so excited to be working with a new brilliant, bold and brave line-up of celebrities for Strictly the Real Full Monty. It's going to be our biggest musical dance extravaganza yet and we are determined to get the message out there that early cancer checks in intimate areas save lives. So don't forget to check your bits and baubles this Christmas!"
And revealing they were taking Strictly-fying their celebrities to the next level this year, ITV Factual Commissioner Kate Teckman said, "This year we’re bringing our message with a bang by adding a huge dose of sequins, sparkles, sambas and salsas to the strip. They’ll also be star guest performances and stunning solos so hold onto your mirror balls – this is strictly the most ambitious Full Monty yet!"
Teddy isn’t the first Love Islander to get his kit off in the name of encouraging viewers to check their balls for changes, with 2018 winner Jack Fincham taking part later that year.
The same year Jack’s villamate Megan Barton Hanson also took part, with fans taking to Twitter in their droves to express how impressed they were.
"Honestly, in a world where having a roll of belly fat is the worst and looking Insta perfect (complete with animal ears) is the desirable, this is a powerful watch," said one commenter on Twitter. "Normal people with normal bodies and actual life stories, gritty, upsetting and real. Well done boys."
"Not going to lie but this is getting to me emotionally. All these men celebrities are brave to do what they are doing, listening to their stories and raising awareness. I Respect them all," said another.
And a third wrote, "Watching #AllNewMonty. It always makes me cry, think of my dad and realise how short life is. Laugh lots, love all and life live to the full."
Despite the initial high praise on social media, the series later drew criticism when it was reported that stars were paid £10k for taking part, and raised just £4k for the cancer charities.
