Now that the latest Love Island contestants have been released back into the world after leaving the comfort of their villa, we’ve already had plenty of splits and fallouts from the 2024 cast.
Trey Norman and Ellie Jackson split almost immediately after being dumped from the villa and have been, let’s say, less than friendly with each other. Meanwhile Jess White and Hugo Godfroy broke things off just under a week after their departure from the villa, and Hugo was spotted not long after kissing Love Island 2023’s Charlotte Sumner.
Grace Jackson and Reuben Collins are the latest Love Island 2024 stars to call it quits and following rumours that Grace has moved on with fellow Islander with Omar Nyame, Reuben has now been spotted partying with Islanders from their series.
In an Instagram Story posted by Konnor Ewudzi, Reuben can be seen dancing with Jess, who due to her no-nonsense straight-talking became a divisive Islander, as well as runners-up Nicole Samuel and Ciaran Davies and Casa Amor's Ellie.
Jess was also sporting a new fringe, and we have nothing but compliments for the Morticia Adams transformation.
Although so far there’s nothing apparently romantic between Jess and Reuben, since they’re both single we can’t say we’d be opposed to the union.
Remember, this is the man who commented "the type of woman empires used to go to war for 😍" on Grace’s Instagram picture, and Jess being the prize she is deserves someone who’s going to write poetry about her.
Earlier this week Reuben confirmed he'd split from Grace, telling The Sun, “I can't speak for her, but since we came out it has been quite busy and there's a lot to deal with.
“We've both been very busy and with the long distance it was difficult. I wish her all the best, she wishes me all the best. There are no bad feelings. We had a great experience together.”
Well, well, well. Who would have thought that despite a rocky beginning, Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint are still going strong, as are Joey Essex and Jessy Potts.
We have to admit, we didn’t foresee that group being among the longest lasting couples from their series.

Sarah O'Byrne has been writing about Love Island for heat and Closer since May 2023, but she has been watching the show since series one so considers herself an expert.
