Is Love Island queen Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu going to be the new queen of Chelsea? After posing alongside Made in Chelsea star Lily Ludovici Gray, fans can't contain their excitement hoping that she will be joining the champagne-filled reality show.
The rumour mill quickly went into overdrive when Ekin-Su shared a picture of her and Lily hanging out with a pal alongside the caption, "Lunching with the girls."
One follower took to the comments and exclaimed, “STOP IT?????? IS EKIN GONNA BE ON MIC????”
We know, we can't contain our excitement either.
Ekin-Su definitely showed her fearless side on Love Island, and we think she would be a great fit for the Royal Borough.
We know that Ekin-Su and Lily have been besties for a while now and, when it was announced that Lily would be joining the E4 show, it came to light that she had turned to her bestie Ekin-Su for a few wise words.
Ekin-Su previously told heat, "She’s actually been ringing me and texting me asking me for advice.
"She’s like, 'How are you so confident? How do you deal when something happens.' I’m like 'Lily, just be you. Don’t be someone else, don’t be scared if a girl is going to attack you. I’m fearless, be fearless.'"
There’s no one better you could turn to for some reality TV advice, hey, Ekin?
Speaking very highly of her friend, Ekin added that “she’s going to be great on Made in Chelsea. She’s very Made in Chelsea - very posh.”
Ekin wouldn't be the first Islander to join the reality show, following in the footsteps that many former contestants have trod before. The most memorable would have to be Zara McDermott’s stint with her boyfriend Sam Thompson. Their time on the show was very dramatic, and after it was revealed that Zara had cheated on Sam, the iconic “YOU CANNNNN” scene was aired. Other ex-Islanders include both blonde Charlie’s, Charlie Radnedge and Charlie Frederick.
This isn't the first occasion Ekin-Su has been linked to a Made in Chelsea star. When she was in the villa, it was revealed that she had a few famous exes, one of which being Josh 'JP' Patterson. A source previously told The Sun, “They went on a few dates and got on really well. Josh has nothing but good things to say about Ekin-Su - but he's a bit embarrassed that she's suddenly everywhere.”
Recently, details emerged that before her Love Island days, Ekin-Su actually slid into Miles Nazaire’s Instagram DMs. And get this, Ekin-Su then went on to couple up with Charlie Radnedge, Miles’ nowbest friend. We know. Wow.
Talking on his podcast, Miles said that “when she was on Love Island I was looking at all the profiles and then I went on Ekin-Su’s and there was a message from her saying ‘Hey’ and that’s it.” Interesting.
Now, the idea of Ekin-Su on Made in Chelsea has us all obsessed. As if this season couldn’t be more drama-filled enough. Fans are obsessed too, with many speculating in the comments. One commented “You joining Made in Chelsea? 👀," and another branding it a “Made in Chelsea/ LI crossover”.
