Dumped Love Island bombshell Zara Lackenby-Brown has spilled hella tea since leaving the villa and we absolutely adore her for it.
Not only has she spoken out about the couple that has “no vibe” and her “passionate” unaired scenes with Tom Clare, Zara has now opened up about what the Islanders like to eat in the villa.
Although we rarely see what the contestants eat as their mealtimes usually happen off camera, Zara has admitted that the Islanders can’t get enough of avocados.
“We love avocados in there,” she told Harriet Rose on the latest episode of heat Dates.
“It’s like the main breakfast.”
Good to know the Islanders are getting plenty of healthy fats in before a long hard day of cracking on and coupling up.
Zara’s breakfast revelation comes after Anna-May Robey blasted the villa catering as “bland”.
“We did have chicken every day, twice a day and it was a bit bland,” she told Closer.
Fellow dumped Islander David Salako added, “The boys were fine with that, the girls would just leave it so we would take more."
Viewers have previously spotted McDonald’s in the villa and it turns out that the Islanders are occasionally allowed to request treats from their favourite takeaway.
“We needed that. We really did. I think it was about once a week we were getting them,” 2019 Islander Anton Danyluk previously told heat about the Islander’s Maccies orders as he revealed that McFlurries were in high demand.
He added, “I had a few chicken nuggets here and there.”
A long, hot summer (or winter) in a luxury villa with a bunch of sexy single AND free McDonald’s? Brb, we’re off to apply for series ten.
