Manifestation books

What do expensive blow drys, Weleda Skin Food, and manifestation books all have in common? The celeb lot are absolutely, definitely, categorically, vehemently obsessed and especially with the latter.

Here at heat HQ, we ask a bunch of celebrities how they spend their Self-Care Sunday (very interesting stuff, we can assure you!) and somewhere along the lines, the chat often involves the Law of Attraction and a game-changing manifestation book that changed their entire perspective.

Yep, putting out good vibrations into the universe is Celebsville's worst kept secret, with some even crediting it for getting them famous in the first place.

Lucinda Straffordconfided in heat about her manifestation journey, "I definitely need to get more into it, but you know what, even the Love Island application process, I feel like I manifested that, like it was meant to happen. Even with creating my business, I had no experience with it at all, but I just did it. It's not in a cocky way, it's just putting it out into the universe."

Now, we're not promising that positive thinking will solve every problem (ha), but manifestation books are often inspiring, uplifting and great for changing your outlook, especially if you feel a little hard-done-by in life.

From the age-old favourite The Secret by Rhonda Byrne to some newer cult favourites, we share all the manifestation books to add to your bookshelf, as chosen by celebs.

It’s only been 90 seconds, and we've already been influenced.
