Yes, we know there’s a new series of Love Island starting tonight (Monday 3 June), but we’re still just about getting over all the fallout from what was a dramatic af first series of All Stars earlier this year.
Love Island 2019’s Arabella Chi was among the Islanders who returned to the villa for a second shot at love and although she didn’t have the best of luck, things started looking up when Love Island 2016’s Adam Maxted entered as the last bombshell of the series.
But despite a promising start, Arabella and Adam’s budding romance came to an end shortly after they left the villa and he was later spotted looking very cosy with fellow All Star Liberty Poole at Molly Smith’s Boohoo launch party.
Adam and Liberty had a sleepover at his Manchester flat after leaving the event together and he later revealed that a date was in the works.
We recently caught up with Arabella ahead of the launch of her collection with jewellery brand Say It With and, of course, we had to get the tea on how she feels about her ex moving on with her friend.
It seems there’s no hard feelings though, as Arabella revealed Liberty had actually approached her about getting to know Adam more.
“The sweetest thing is Liberty actually came up to me and asked me before like anything happened,” Arabella explained.
“She did say to me, she was like, 'I really got the hots for Adam’ and I actually really like and respect that girl code. I was like, ‘Oh my god, go for it. You're both single, absolutely go for it.’”
We love a supportive queen.
As for where she stands with Adam, Arabella told us that things are “amicable” and that their relationship just “fizzled out”.
“[I’m] completely single. Honestly, I'm so ready to settle down,” the reality star, model and influencer added.
“I'm 33 and I do think I'm at an age now where my next relationship, I would like to think I will be with them. I don't go into relationships nowadays to half ass them, I want to be with someone who I think, 'Okay, you could be the father of my kids.'”
