While we're obsessed with the latest series of Love Island, series eight aka the 2022 Islanders will always hold a special place in our heart.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti's wild relationship, Luca Bish being obsessed with Gemma Owen and Danica Taylor being the BEST (and completely underrated) bombshell - it was truly an iconic time.

It was also the series that two Islanders quit the show - OG star Liam Llewellyn left the villa after five days and Jacques O'Neill also walked out, shortly after Adam Collard arrived and took an interest in Paige Thorne.

Well, it's now 2024 and despite Jacques sending everyone at heat Towers into a frenzy after he commented on Paige's TikTok, it appears that he has a new girlfriend.

Yup.

The series eight Islander is reportedly dating influencer Ellie O’Donnell with a source saying that they're a "really good match".

"They recently went on a romantic trip together, which made them even more smitten than before and they are now thinking about moving in together.

"Jacques gets on really well with her sister Daisey as well and they often all hang out together," they told The Sun.

If you have a swipe through Ellie's photo dump above and Jacques' snaps below, you'll see their photos together and we we're going to say it - they're a FIT couple.

And we're not the only ones who think it, as one person commented, "Aww you and @missellie_o make a perfect couple."

Someone else said, "You and Jaques make a good looking 👀 couple 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥."

A third wrote, "You and Ellie look very cute".

Things have certainly changed for Jacques since his villa stint because it was this time two years ago when he opened up on social media and revealed the real reason he left the villa.

"Since leaving the villa I’ve had time to reflect on my time being in there and if I’m going to be completely honest I wasn’t mentally prepared for how it was going to be at all - underestimated it massively," he explained on Instagram.

"The first 2 weeks of my experience was probably the happiest I’ve been in a very long time. On the other hand the last 2 weeks was definitely the worst I’ve ever felt in my life.

"I was finding myself feeling worse and worse every day and if I didn’t leave when I did I was scared I would never have got back to my normal self.

"... I want to finish off and just say how overwhelming it is to see how much support I'm getting from you people. If it wasn’t for you I would be in such a worse head space than I am right now so thank you so much for that."
