Can you believe that it’s been two years since the first ever winter edition of Love Island hit our screens? It seems like only yesterday that winners Paige Turley and Finn Tapp triumphed over runners-up Siânnise Fudge and Luke Trotman to bag the £50,000 prize money.
While many 2020 Islanders like Shaughna Phillips, Demi Jones and Luke Mabbott have stayed in the limelight since leaving the villa, there are also some who have mostly stayed out of the public eye since rising to fame on the ITV2 dating show like Jamie Clayton.
The Scottish lad joined the cast as the last bombshell of the series and had his sights set on both Shaughna and Demi. But despite entering the villa hoping to sweep the girls off their feet, Jamie unfortunately left the villa single. So, two years on from his reality TV debut, just what has Jamie been up to since then? Allow us to explain all…
Who is Jamie Clayton?
Jamie is a former Love Island contestant who rose to fame on the winter edition of the ITV2 dating show in 2020. Since leaving the show single, Jamie has largely stayed out of the limelight and appears to have returned to his pre-fame job as a recruitment consultant.
How old is Jamie Clayton?
Jamie is 30 years old. He was born in November 1991.
Where is Jamie Clayton from?
Just like much-loved Islander Paige Turley, Jamie is Scottish. He’s from Edinburgh, but now lives in Manchester.
When was Jamie Clayton on Love Island?
Jamie took place in the first-ever, and so far only, winter edition of Love Island which began in January 2020. He was the last bombshell to enter the villa, making his first appearance on day 31, but was dumped just a week later alongside Natalia Zoppa, Callum Jones and Molly Smith - just days before the final.
Where is Jamie Clayton now?
From the looks of his social media, Jamie seems to have returned to his job as a recruitment consultant. However, that doesn't stop him from travelling the world and he regularly posts photos from lavish getaways to the likes of Ibiza and Mexico.

Callum Jones
Scaffolder Callum become a little bit of a Love Island villian when he dramatically dumped Shaughna and chose to return from Casa Amor with Molly Smith.

After a few pies and a brief snog with Demi Jones, Nas got his Love Island wish granted when he walked in Casa Amor and met Eva Zapico.
Nas Majeed
Even though they left very soon after they returned to the main villa, Nas and Eva are still stronger than ever and are another couple to survive any sort of Love Island curse. They even sassily hit back at split rumours in the funniest way last year.
Ollie Williams
Oh Ollie! His time on Love Island was very brief and surrounded in controversy. From those pictures of him hunting to rumours that he was only on the show for exposure as he left after three days after realising he was still in love with his ex-girlfriend Laura.
Ollie Williams
Since reuniting with his ex-girlfriend Laura soon after the show, Ollie has enjoyed the quiet life. It's not known if Ollie is still loved up with Laura, they last posted a Insta snap together in September 2020. Hmmmm.

Luke Trotman
Since leaving the show, Luke decided to head back to university to finish his Banking, Finance, and Management degree. We love a guy who thinks beyond the PAs and hashtag ads.

Who is Jamie Clayton dating?
Jamie left the Love Island villa as a single man but was linked to two of his fellow Islanders when they returned to the outside world. He sparked rumours of a romance with Eve Gale when they were pictured together on a night out, however her representative denied they were an item in a statement which read, "Jamie and Eve are friends and enjoy sharing their Love Island memories, there is nothing more in this instance."
Fans then begged Jamie to couple up with Demi Jones following her split from Luke Mabbott when he shared a snap of her visiting him in Manchester with the caption, “It might have been a rainy few days in Manny but I got a wee visit from my sunshine ☀️💛 @demijones1.” Although their followers may be desperate for them to get together, Jamie and Demi have always insisted that they're just good friends and she's currently dating music boss Miami.
Last year, Jamie went public with OnlyFans model Jordanne Duggan on Valentine's Day but they appeared to split later that year when he removed all trace of her from his Instagram - so it's thought that Jamie is currently single.
