We’re all currently engrossed in the latest series of Love Island, but if you cast your minds back two years ago to when Love Island 2023 was on our screens and we were all obsessed with the likes of Whitney Adebayo, Molly Marsh, Zach Noble and Tyrique Hyde then you’ll probably remember there was just one question on everyone’s lips.
That question was, of course, why has Ouzy See got so many bobby pins in his hair?
Well, fast forward to the present day, and that question has FINALLY been answered.
Hair transplant company Elithair recently took to TikTok to share a video of Ouzy preparing to undergo the procedure at one of their clinics last year and the video shows a surgeon lifting back the Casa Amor bombshell’s locks to reveal a receding hair line.
Ah, it all makes sense now.
Love Island fans took to the comments section after the big reveal, with one writing, ‘Ohhhhh. This is what he was hiding,’ while another remarked, ‘Suddenly the bobby pins make sense.’
A third commented, ‘Ahh so this is why he used to bobby pin his locs down.’
After having the transplant, Ouzy has been sporting much shorter hair and the clinic posted another video to show off the results.
A quick glance at Ouzy’s Instagram shows that’s he now rocking a buzzcut and he looks GOOD. Get him back in that villa, tbh.
Ouzy’s ex Sophie Lee was one of the OG Islanders who entered the Love Island 2025 villa on day one (before she was savagely dumped just two days later).
According to reports, Ouzy was ‘blindsided’ by the motivational speaker and author’s appearance on the show.
‘Ouzy was really shocked and blindsided to see Sophie had signed up for Love Island,’ a source told The Sun. ‘He was gutted because he feels like there is still unfinished business between the two of them.’
They added, ‘While they aren’t dating anymore, he thinks she’s an amazing girl and they ended on good terms. It’s weird for anyone though knowing your ex is about to go on Love Island and could fall for someone else on TV.’
