For some Love Island contestants, their time on the dating show is a short-lived affair.
Take this year's Sam Taylor, for example; the barber was booted out of the Love Island 2024 villa after Joey Essex snuck in and stole Samantha Kenny from him.
Fans obviously lost their god damn minds when the northerner sad 'so long', to his time on the romance reality TV show because, unlike his villa mates, the general public (us included) can see that he is arguably one of the hottest Islanders ever.
When we say arguably, we mean if you debate the matter with us we will simply ignore you and run away.
Sam had to pack up his personalised suitcase and be on his merry way and although it didn't take long for him to return to his hairdresser ways, he has also been making some, ahem, friends during his return to the real world.
Taking to social media, Sam has not only been answering some Snapchat questions with a Love Island 2023 star but also appeared on the Instagram of said 'Messy' Islander.
The clues in the name, right?
Sam has been spending some quality time with Mitch Taylor and it's giving villain and his apprentice vibes.
Mitch posted a video of Sam on his story where the recently-dumped star was looking rather chipper as they enjoyed a meal out together.
The gas engineer can be heard telling Sam "Give us a smile," to which he reacts accordingly and aren't we glad he did?
Fans were FURIOUS when Sam was kicked off the dating show with X, TikTok and Instagram brimming with videos, tweets and memes from Sam stans demanding he return for Casa Amor.
By the looks of things, Sam has headed back up north, although if he is budding up with the Love Island 2023 troublemaker that is Mitch perhaps he is receiving tips about how to land a second shot on the show.
